Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa rancangan pelatihan Manajemen Risiko Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Produk Rancangan Pelatihan yang dikembangkan mengacu pada model desain pelatihan Silberman yang memiliki 8 (delapan) tahapan yaitu (1) Assess the need for training and the participants, (2) Set general learning goal, (3) Specify objectives, (4) Design training activities, (5) Sequence training activities, (6) Start detailed planning, (7) Revise design details, (8) Evaluate the total result. Produk Rancangan Pelatihan ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan para ahli dan pengguna (Instruktur Pelatihan) dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Nilai yang diperoleh dari evaluasi formatif dari ahli materi sebesar 3.16 (baik) dan ahli desain instruksional 3.88 (sangat baik). Kemudian hasil uji coba pengguna dengan berupa one-to-one evaluation memperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan yaitu 3.70 (sangat baik). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa produk Rancangan Pelatihan sudah sangat baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pelatihan Manajemen Risiko Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan. ***** This research aims to develop a product in the form of a design training of Risk Management Drug and Food Control at National Food and Drug Agency of Indonesia (BPOM). This Design Training product that was developed refers to the Silberman training design development model which has 8 (eight) stages are (1) Assess the need for training and the participants, (2) Set general learning goal, (3) Specify objectives, (4) Design training activities, (5) Sequence training activities, (6) Start detailed planning, (7) Revise design details, (8) Evaluate the total result. This Design Training product has gone through a formative evaluation phase involving experts and users (Training Instructors) with the Likert Scale. The result obtained from the formative evaluation from material expert is 3.16 (good) and instructional design experts are 3.88 (very good). Then the results of user trials using the by one-to-one evaluation, obtained an overall average value of 3.70 (very good). The results of the formative evaluation show that the Training Design product is very good and can be used as a training guideline for training of Risk Management Drug and Food Control at National Food and Drug Agency of Indonesia (BPOM).
