Abstract

Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk: 1) gambaran media sosial sebagai alat social media marketing yang dilakukan Kopi Kenangan di media sosial Instagram 2) gambaran pengaruh social media marketing Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian Kopi Kenangan. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 135 Responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif Instagram yang mengetahui akun Instagram @kopikenangan.id yang berada di wilayah Jakarta, responden minimal berusia 17 tahun, dan pernah melakukan pembelian minimal satu kali dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS v.25 untuk mengelola data penelitian. Kata Kunci: Social media marketing, Keputusan pembelian, @kopikenangan.id *** This scientific paper aims to: 1) overview of social media as a social media marketing tool carried out by Kopi Kenangan on Instagram social media. 2) overview the influence of social media marketing through Instagram on the Purchase Decision of Kopi Kenangan. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires online. The sample taken was 135 respondents who are active Instagram users who know the Instagram account @kopikenangan.id which is located in the Jakarta area, respondents are at least 17 years old, and have made a purchase at least once in the last three months. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis by using SPSS v. 25 to manage research data.
