Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul elektronik sebagai sumber belajar mediasi dan konsiliasi untuk Ombudsman Republik Indonesia. Modul pengembangan produk yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Rowntree. Model Rowntree terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahapan perencanaan penulisan dan tahapan penulisan dan penyuntingan. Evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi formatif dan uji coba lapangan. Metode evaluasi formatif melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media dan pengguna pilihan. Evaluasi tersebut melibatkan 1 ahli materi, 1 ahli media, dan 2 orang pengguna yaitu Asisten Muda dari Ombudsman Republik Indonesia. Hasil uji coba ahli materi adalah 3.2 dengan kategori baik. Hasil uji coba ahli media adalah 3.4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Sementara hasil uji coba kepada 2 orang pengguna Asisten Muda menyatakan bahwa modul elektronik mediasi dan konsiliasi sebagai sumber belajar di Ombudsman Republik Indonesia memiliki nilai 3.66 dengan kategori sangat baik. ***** This research and development study aims to produce an electronic module as a learning resource for mediation and conciliation for the Indonesian Ombudsman. The product development module employed the Rowntree development model. The Rowntree model consists of three stages: the planning stage, the writing planning stage, and the writing and editing stage. The evaluation methods utilized in this research are formative evaluation and field trials. The formative evaluation involves subject matter experts, media experts, and selected users. The evaluation process included one subject matter expert, one media expert, and two chosen users, namely Young Assistants from the Indonesian Ombudsman. The results of the subject matter expert's trial yielded a score of 3.2, indicating a good category. The media expert's trial resulted in a score of 3.4, indicating a very good category. Meanwhile, the trial conducted with the two Young Assistant users revealed that the electronic module for mediation and conciliation as a learning resource at the Indonesian Ombudsman received a score of 3.66, indicating a very good category.
