Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior diyakini dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, produktivitas dan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan menemukan pengaruh langsung Organizational Culture dan Persobality terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan pengaruh tidak langsung Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Employee Engagement pada LPDB-KUMKM dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 297 staff pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat explanatory melalui pengujian hipotesis untuk menguji sifat hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan AMOS 24 baik model pengukuran maupun model struktural. Hasil penleitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) Personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di LPDBKUMKM; 4) Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement 5) Personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement; 6) Organizational Culture berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Employee Engagement pegawai di LPDB-KUMKM. 7) Personality berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Employee Engagement pegawai di LPDB-KUMKM. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas kerja pegawai LPDB KUMKM dan sebagai landasan untuk pemecahan masalah dan mengambil keputusan. Penelitian tidak tertutup kemungkinan bahwa pada tahun-tahun berikutnya peneliti atau peneliti lainnya akan kembali melakukan penelitian sejenis yang merupakan catatan atau hasil terbaru atas tambahan pengalaman dalam peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture, Personality, Employee Engagement*************Organizational Citizenship Behavior is believed to increase an organization's success in improving the quality of human resources, productivity and competitive advantage. This research aims to examine, analyze and discover the direct influence of Organizational Culture and Personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the indirect influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Employee Engagement at LPDBKUMKM with population and sample of 297 staff employees. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory nature through hypothesis testing to test the nature of the relationship and influence between variables. The statistical analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24, both measurement models and structural models. The research results show that 1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) Personality has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at LPDB-KUMKM; 4) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. 5) Personality has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement; 6) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Employee Engagement of employees at LPDB-KUMKM. 7) Personality has a positive and significant indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Employee Engagement of employees at LPDB-KUMKM. It is hoped that this research will be able to improve the work quality of LPDB KUMKM employees and serve as a basis for solving problems and making decisions. The research does not rule out the possibility that in the following years other researchers or researchers will carry out similar research again which is the latest record or result of additional experience in improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
