Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja para guru di Yayasan Nasa Professional School. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 103 guru di SMP, SMA, dan SMK Putra Bangsa yang merupakan sekolah naungan dari Yayasan Nasa Professional School. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sensus yang merupakan teknik penentuan sampel dengan semua anggota populasinya dijadikan sebagai sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data pada motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan skala likert dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organiasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Kemudian secara simultan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi memiliki kontribusi sebesar 57,6% terhadap kepuasan kerja. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between work motivation, work environment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of teachers at the Nasa Professional School Foundation. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 103 teachers at Putra Bangsa Middle School, High School and Vocational School, which are schools under the Nasa Professional School Foundation. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or census, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are used as samples. The instruments used to obtain data on work motivation, work environment, organizational culture and job satisfaction are measured using a Likert scale using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and data management using SPSS version 27. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that partially there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction, work environment and job satisfaction, and organizational culture and job satisfaction. Then simultaneously it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation, work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction. The research results show that work motivation, work environment and organizational culture contribute 57.6% to job satisfaction.
