Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan meneliti perilaku kewargaan organisasi melalui riset untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis serta membuktikan pengaruh perceived organizational support, empowering leadership dan proactive personality terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO) pada anggota Korps Brimob Polri di Kelapadua-Depok baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi leader member exchange. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian paradigma positivisme dengan metode deduktif pendekatan kuantitatif atau dapat dikatakan deduktif kuantitatif. Analisis data dengan dua tahap analisis yakni analisis deskriptif dan inferensial serta analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Uji Common Method Bias (CMB) hasil single factor test sebesar 42,9% tidak lebih besar dari 50% hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa CMB tidak terjadi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan data empiris berasal jawaban kuesioner sebanyak 367 sampel dari 8020 populasi anggota Korps Brimob Polri, terindikasi outlier secara multivariate sebanyak 53 responden sehingga 314 responden yang diestimasi ulang dan dilanjutkan analisa SEM Amos. Hasil measurement model dapat diterima baik serta indikator dinyatakan valid dan realiabel mencerminkan konstruk, Hasil structural model baik kriteria absolute fit indices, incremental fit indices dan parsimony fit indices memenuhi syarat (Even good fit, good fit dan marginal fit) maka model struktural dapat diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menjawab minimnya literature dan menghasilkan bukti empiris pada pengaruh perceived organizational support, empowering leadership dan proactive personality terhadap organizational cictizenship behavior melalui mediasi leader member exchange. Dari hasil penelitian ini menemukan novelty yang menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support, empowering leadership dan proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap organizational cictizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO), bahwa perceived organizational support, empowering leadership dan proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap leader member exchange, bahwa leader member exchange berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap organizational cictizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO) serta bahwa perceived organizational support, empowering leadership dan proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap organizational cictizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO) dimediasi leader member exchange, Karena semua Hipotesis diterima dengan nilai probability (p-value) < 0,05 dan sifat mediatornya adalah partially mediation. Kata kunci : Perceived Organizational Support, Empowering Leadership, Proactive Personality, Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Cictizenship Behavior. **************** This research was conducted to examine organizational citizenship behavior through research to find out, test and analyze and prove the effect of perceived organizational support, empowering leadership and proactive personality on organizational citizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO) in members of the Brimob Polri Corps in Kelapadua-Depok both directly and indirectly through the mediation of leader-member exchange. This research is a type of positivism paradigm research with a deductive method of quantitative approach, or it can be said to be quantitative deductive. Data were analyzed in two stages, descriptive and inferential analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS software. The Common Method Bias (CMB) test for single-factor test results is not greater than 50%, indicating that CMB does not occur. Hypothesis testing was carried out using empirical data derived from answers to questionnaires of 367 samples from 8020 population members of the Police Mobile Brigade Corps, indicating multivariate outliers of as many as 53 respondents so that 314 were re-estimated and continued with Amos' SEM analysis. The results of the measurement model can be well received, and the indicators are stated to be valid and reliable, reflecting the construct. The results of the structural model, both the criteria for absolute fit indices, incremental fit indices and parsimony fit indices meet the requirements (good fit and marginal fit), so the structural model can be accepted. The results of this study answer the lack of literature and produce empirical evidence on the effect of perceived organizational support, empowering leadership and proactive personality on organizational citizenship behavior through leader-member exchange mediation. From the results of this research, we found novelty which shows that perceived organizational support, empowering leadership and proactive personality have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO), that perceived organizational support, empowering leadership and proactive personality have a significant positive effect on member exchange. leader, that leader-member exchange has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO) and that perceived organizational support, empowering leadership and proactive personality have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCBI-OCBO) mediated by leader-member exchange, because all The hypothesis is accepted with a probability value (p-value) < 0.05 and the nature of the mediator is partial mediation.
