Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana aksi voluntaristik terbentuk di dalam Gerakan Mengajar Desa Kabupaten Subang, mulai dari tahu menjadi tertarik yang kemudian berkontribusi aktif. Lalu, bentuk aksi voluntaristik yang dilakukan, mulai dari pengabdian masyarakat dan taman baca. Serta membahas aspek rasionalitas yang mendorong individu untuk berperan menjadi relawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 orang informan utama dan 5 orang informan pendukung. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Gerakan Mengajar Desa Kabupaten Subang, Tim F yang ada di Kampung Cikur, Desa Wanasari, Kecamatan Cipunagara, Kabupaten Subang pada bulan Mei 2023 - Januari 2024. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis data kualitatif dan diperkaya dengan studi literatur yang kompleks. Berdasarkan temuan dari data yang diperoleh peneliti dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa aksi voluntaristik yang dilakukan oleh Gerakan Mengajar Desa Kabupaten Subang ini berawal dari media sosial yang berkontribusi aktif dalam menciptakan partisipasi nyata agar tujuan dari aksi voluntaristik tercapai. Aksi voluntaristik yang terbentuk ini didasarkan pada dua motivasi yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain, yaitu motivasi sosial dan motivasi personal dan berperan penting dalam terbentuknya pilihan rasional untuk mengikuti aksi voluntaristik. Aksi voluntaristik yang dilakukan berdampak positif bagi relawan karena mampu mencapai tujuan individu, seperti meningkatkan softskill, relasi, mendapatkan pengalaman organisasi, pelatihan, sertifikat, dan personal branding dan menjadi manusia yang bermanfaat. Kemudian bagi anak didik, mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak sesuai dengan kurikulum pemerintah, meningkatnya kemampuan membaca, menulis dan berhitung, serta lebih termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pendidikan. This research aims to explain how voluntaristic action is formed in the Subang Regency Village Teaching Movement, starting from knowing to becoming interested and then actively contributing. Then, forms of voluntary action were carried out, starting from community service and reading parks. As well as discussing aspects of rationality that encourage individuals to play the role of volunteers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This research data was obtained through observation, documentation and interviews. The subjects of this research consisted of 6 main informants and 5 supporting informants. The research location was carried out at the Subang Regency Village Teaching Movement, Team F in Cikur Village, Wanasari Village, Cipunagara District, Subang Regency in May 2023 - January 2024. In collecting data, the author used primary and secondary data with qualitative and enriched data analysis. with complex literature studies. Based on the findings from the data obtained by researchers in the research, it was found that the voluntary action carried out by the Subang Regency Village Teaching Movement began with social media which actively contributed to creating real participation so that the goals of the voluntary action were achieved. The voluntaristic action that is formed is based on two motivations that are interrelated with each other, namely social motivation and personal motivation and play an important role in the formation of rational choices to take part in voluntaristic action. Voluntaristic actions carried out have a positive impact on volunteers because they are able to achieve individual goals, such as improving soft skills, relationships, gaining organizational experience, training, certificates and personal branding and becoming useful human beings. Then for students, they get a proper education in accordance with the government curriculum, their reading, writing and arithmetic skills improve, and they are more motivated to carry out their education.
