Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, kompetensi profesional, dan supervisi pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas kerja guru Madarasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Swasta Di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode angket atau kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang dimana sampel digunakan adalah 363 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 4. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru; 2) kompetensi professional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru; 3) supervisi pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru; 4) Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kompetensi Profesional dalam efektivitas kerja; 5) Supervisi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional terhadap efektivitas kerja; 6) Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif Terhadap hasil penilaian Supervisi Pembelajaran dalam efektivitas kerja; 7) Komunikasi organisasi, kompetensi profesional, dan supervisi pembelajaran, secara simultan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efektivitas kerja; dan 8) Model Manajemen Komunikasi Organisasi Pendidikan yang sangat berperan penting dengan komunikasi organisasi, kompetensi profesional, dan supervisi pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas kerja guru dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan faktor komunikasi organisasi, kompetensi profesional, dan supervisi pembelajaran sehingga dapat tercapai peningkatan efektivitas kerja guru yang dimana ada pernan penting dari model manajemen komunikasi organisasi pendidikan di MTs Swasta se-Kabhpaten Bogor. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Profesional, Supervisi, Efektivitas Kerja, Guru ****** This study aims to examine the effect of organizational communication, professional competence, and learning supervision on the work effectiveness of private madrasah teachers in Bogor Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The sample of this study used simple random sampling technique where the sample used was 363 teachers. The data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 4 application. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational communication has a direct positive effect on teacher work effectiveness; 2) professional competence has a direct positive effect on teacher work effectiveness; 3) learning supervision has a direct positive effect on teacher work effectiveness; 4) Organizational Communication has a direct positive effect on Professional competence in work effectiveness; 5) Learning supervision has a positive and significant effect on professional competence on work effectiveness; 6) Organizational Communication has a direct positive effect on the results of Learning Supervision assessment in work effectiveness; 7) Organizational communication, professional competence, and learning supervision, simultaneously have a positive direct effect on work effectiveness; and 8) The Education Organizational Communication Management Model plays a very important role with organizational communication, professional competence, and learning supervision on teacher work effectiveness. So, it can be concluded that increasing the effectiveness of teacher work can be done by paying attention to organizational communication factors, professional competence, and learning supervision so that an increase in teacher work effectiveness can be achieved where there is an important role of the communication management model of education organizations in private MTs in Bogor Regency.
