Abstract

Video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” di media sosial Tiktok menginformasikan mengenai pencemaran air melalui aksi membersihkan sungai. Video tersebut menarik perhatian masyarakat luas dan telah disaksikan sebanyak 121 juta kali serta mendapatkan komentar sebanyak 180.700 komentar pada 1 Februari 2023. Beberapa pengguna Tiktok yang menyaksikan video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” mengungkapkan bahwa video “Our End Year Party” menginspirasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pencemaran air. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari media sosial Tiktok video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” terhadap sikap pengikut akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup mengenai pencegahan pencemaran air. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu variabel media sosial dan variabel sikap. Media sosial memiliki empat dimensi yaitu Information and Cognition (Informasi dan Kognisi), Communication (Komunikasi), Community (Komunitas) serta Collaboration and Co-operative Work (Kolaborasi dan Kerja Kooperatif). Sikap memiliki tiga dimensi yaitu Effortful (penuh Upaya), Relatively Enduring (Relatif Bertahan Lama), dan Require a dimension of judgement (Memerlukan dimensi penilaian). Paradigma pada penelitian ini adalah paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 4.600.000 yang merupakan pengikut akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup terhitung hingga 1 Februari 2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel yang didapatkan melalui teknik penarikan sample purposive sampling. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample test, uji linearitas diagram pencar, dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Bedasarkan hasil peneltian, data berdistribusi normal dan linear. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa media sosial Tiktok video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat sebesar 74,6% terhadap sikap pencegahan pencemaran air pengikut akun Tiktok @pandawaragroup. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis nol (H_0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H_a) dapat diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara media sosial Tiktok video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” terhadap sikap pencegahan pencemaran air pengikut akun Tiktok @pandawaragroup. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa media sosial Tiktok video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” menyampaikan ide mengenai pentingnya pencegahan pencemaran air dan mampu membentuk sikap pencegahan pencemaran air pada pengikut akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup berupa fokus dan sadar terhadap upaya pencegahan pencemaran air serta melakukan pencegahan pencemaran air seperti mengurangi pemakaian zat-zat berbahaya, menggunakan air dengan bijak serta melakukan pengelolaan air limbah. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan pula bahwa beberapa pengikut akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup masih belum maksimal dalam menilai kembali pengetahuan akan pencegahan pencemaran air serta ditemukan bahwa interaksi yang terjadi pada video “Our End Year Party” tidak terjadi secara dua arah dimana akun @Pandawaragroup tidak memberikan tanggapan pada komentar yang dituliskan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disarankan untuk pengikut akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup memaksimalkan menilai kembali pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan pencemaran air untuk melakukan pencegahan pencemaran air yang lebih baik lagi. Disarankan pula kepada akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup untuk membangun komunikasi yang lebih efektif dengan pengikut akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup dengan berinteraksi melalui memberi tanggapan pada komentar yang telah dituliskan. Kata Kunci: Media Baru, Media Sosial, Sikap *** The Tiktok video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” informs about water pollution through the action of cleaning the river. The video attracted widespread public attention and has been viewed 121 million times and received 180,700 comments as of February 1st 2023. Some Tiktok users who watched the "Our End Year Party" @Pandawaragroup video revealed that the “Our End Year Party” video inspired and raised awareness of water pollution. Based on this, researchers are interested in knowing the influence of the Tiktok social media video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” on the attitude of followers of @Pandawaragroup Tiktok account regarding water pollution prevention. This study has two variables, namely social media variables and attitude variables. Social media has four dimensions, namely Information and Cognition , Communication, Community and Collaboration and Co-operative Work. Attitude has three dimensions, namely Effortful, Relatively Enduring, and Require a dimension of judgment. The paradigm in this study is the positivism paradigm with an explanatory quantitative approach using survey methods. The population of this study is 4,600,000 who are followers of Tiktok accounts @Pandawaragroup as of February 1st 2023. The samples in this study amounted to 100 samples obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The data in this study were analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test one sample test, scatter diagram linearity test, and simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, the data is normally distributed and linear. From the results of linear regression analysis in this study, it is known that Tiktok social media video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” has had a significant and strong influence of 74.6% on the attitude of water pollution prevention followers of Tiktok @Pandawaragroup accounts. Based on this, it can be stated that the null hypothesis (H_0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H_a) is acceptable, namely that there is an influence between Tiktok social media video@Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” on the attitude of water pollution prevention followers of Tiktok @Pandawaragroup accounts. From this research, it was found that Tiktok social media video @Pandawaragroup “Our End Year Party” conveyed ideas about the importance of preventing water pollution and was able to form attitudes to prevent water pollution in Tiktok account followers @Pandawaragroup in the form of focusing and awareness of efforts to prevent water pollution and preventing water pollution such as reducing the use of harmful substances, using water wisely and managing wastewater. In this study, it was also found that some followers of Tiktok accounts @Pandawaragroup still not maximized in reassessing knowledge of water pollution prevention and it was found that interactions that occurred on the “Our End Year Party” video did not occur in two directions where @Pandawaragroup accounts did not respond to comments written. Based on this, it is recommended for Tiktok account followers @Pandawaragroup to maximize reassessment of knowledge about water pollution prevention to do better water pollution prevention. It is also recommended for Tiktok accounts to @Pandawaragroup to build more effective communication with followers of Tiktok accounts @Pandawaragroup by interacting through responding to comments that have been written.
