Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab, jenis, sifat, lokasi, derajat, penanganan dan pencegahan cedera pada atlet disabilitas pelatda NPC DKI Jakarta Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet disabilitas pelatda NPC DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 69 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan sebelumnya yaitu hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa atlet pelatda NPC DKI Jakarta yang pernah mengalami cedera 69 responden dari semua cabang olahraga yang dibawah naungan pelatda NPC DKI Jakarta. Lokasi cedera yang paling rentan adalah bahu dengan total 48 responden (20,6%). Jenis cedera yang paling umum terjadi adalah luka dan memar, mencapai 35 responden (51,4%). Derajat cedera yang sering terjadi yaitu ringan dengan total 57 responden (75%). Penyebab cedera yaitu internal total 51 responden (83,6%). Penanganan yang sering dilakukan dengan penanganan Medis & Paramedis dengan total 62 responden (68,9%). Pencegahan yang sering dilakukan yaitu pencegahan tersier dipilih oleh 44 responden (46,8%). Sifat cedera yang yang sering terjadi yaitu cedera kronik dengan total 45 responden (83,3%) Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapati persentase cedera yang terjadi bahwa sebagian besar atlet disabilitas di Pelatda NPC DKI Jakarta tahun 2023, sebanyak 69 responden atau 100 % menyatakan pernah mengalami cedera. *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this study is to determine the cause, type, nature, location, degree, handling and prevention of injuries in disabled athletes NPC DKI Jakarta This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires. The subjects in this study were 69 NPC DKI Jakarta disabled athletes. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics with percentages. Based on the results and previous discussions, the results of this study explained that DKI Jakarta NPC athletes who had suffered injuries were 69 respondents from all sports under the auspices of the DKI Jakarta NPC training. The most vulnerable location of injury was the shoulder with a total of 48 respondents (20,6%)The most common type of injury was injury/bleeding, reaching 35 respondents (51,4%). The degree of injury that often occurs is mild with a total of 57 respondents (75%). The cause of injury was internal total 51 respondents (83,6%). Frequent treatment with Medical & Paramedical treatment with a total of 62 respondents (68,9%). Tertiary prevention was chosen by 44 respondents (46,8%). The nature of injuries that often occur is chronic injuries with a total of 45 respondents (83,3%) The conclusion of this study found that the percentage of injuries that occurred that most athletes with disabilities in the DKI Jakarta NPC Regional Training in 2023, as many as 69 respondents or 100% stated that they had experienced injurie
