Abstract

Studi Pemilihan Moda Transportasi bagi Pekerja Komuter yang bermukim di Gunung Putri bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi moda transportasi mana yang paling banyak digunakan oleh Pekerja yang bermukim di Kecamatan Gunung Putri serta alasan dibalik penggunaan moda transportasi tersebut. Penelit ian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif terhadap karakteristik pemilihan moda transportasi dan alasan dibalik pemilihan moda transportasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pekerja komuter lebih memilih mengunakan moda transportasi umum yaitu sebanyak 53.3%, sepeda motor sebanyak 41% dan mobil sebanyak 5.7%. Alasan yang mendasari pemilihan moda transportasi tersebut adalah masalah biaya (45.7%), masalah kenyamanan (29.5%) dan menghindari keterlambatan (24.8%). Kesimplulan dari penelitian ini adalah moda transportasi umum masih menjadi pilihan utama bagi pekerja komuter di Kecamatan Gunung Putri. Kata Kunci : Moda Trasnportasi, Pekerja Komuter, Pemilihan Moda *** The study of Transportation Mode Selection for Commuter Workers residing in Gunung Putri aims to identify which mode of transportation is most widely used by Workers residing in Gunung Putri District and the reasons behind the use of these modes of transportation. This study uses a descriptive analysis method of the characteristics of the choice of transportation modes and the reasons behind the choice of transportation modes. The results showed that the majority of commuter workers prefer to use public transport modes, namely 53.3%, motorbikes as much as 41% and cars as much as 5.7%. The underlying reasons for choosing the mode of transport are cost issues (45.7%), comfort issues (29.5%) and avoiding delays (24.8%). The conclusion of this study is that public transport is still the main choice for commuter workers in Gunung Putri Sub-district. Keywords: Mode of Transport, Commuting Workers, Mode Selection
