Abstract
ABSTRAK Kinerja guru dalam mengajar merupakan salah satu faktor penentu terwujudnya sebuah pendidikan yang baik. Kualitas seorang guru dapat dilihat dari kinerja atau performance dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peningkatan kinerja guru SMA Negeri Depok melalui kepemimpinan transformasional, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, dan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 275 guru dari seluruh SMA Negeri Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS dan uji gagasan kuantitatif untuk membentuk model peningkatan kinerja guru. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa semua hipotesis memiliki nilai t statistics >1,96 dan nilai signifikansi uji t <0,05 yang artinya semua hipotesis diterima yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap efikasi diri, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge berpengaruh langsung terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru melalui Efikasi diri, dan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru melalui efikasi diri. Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Efikasi Diri ABSTRACT Teacher’s performance in teaching is one of the determining factors for the realization of a good education. The quality of a teacher can be seen from the performance in performing his or her duties. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the performance improvement of Depok Public Senior High Schools through transformational leadership, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge and self-efficacy. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach involving 275 teachers from all Depok Public Senior High Schools. This study uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS application and quantitative idea testing to form a model for improving teacher performance. The test results prove that all hypotheses have a t statistics value >1.96 and a significance value for the t test <0,05 which means that all hypotheses are accepted, namely transformational leadership has a direct effect on self-efficacy, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge has a direct effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a direct effect on teacher’s performance, transformational leadership has a direct effect on teacher’s performance, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge has a direct effect on teacher’s performance, transformational leadership has an indirect effect on teacher’s performance through self-efficacy and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge has an indirect on teacher’s performance through self-efficacy.
