Abstract

Setelah diberlakukannya kurikulum merdeka di Indonesia, pemerintah terus mengupayakan inovasi pada sistem pembelajaran di sekolah. Kurikulum yang mempunyai rencana pada terwujudnya kemerdekaan berpikir baik bagi siswa maupun guru merupakan definisi dari kurikulum merdeka. Untuk menjalankan peran sebagai guru pada proses pembelajaran, guru diwajibkan untuk memahami dan menguasai kompetensi yang telah dimilikinya. Guru yang profesional memiliki banyak keterampilan yang dimilikinya, hal tersebut dapat menciptakan inovasi baru agar kegiatan pembelajaran terdengar menyenangkan. Variasi pembelajaran yang berinovasi juga dapat memudahkan siswa dalam mencerna ilmu yang diberikan oleh guru. Maka dari itu, diperlukannya kreativitas guru dan kompetensi yang dimiliki guru agar inovasi pembelajaran berjalan dengan efisien. Skripsi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan kreativitas guru terhadap inovasi pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan terhitung mulai bulan Februari 2023 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Metode penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang menjadikan anggota populasi sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Perolehan data skripsi ini dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner tertutup yang dilakukan secara online dalam bentuk google form kepada 112 guru SMAN 4 Jakarta, guru SMAN 20 Jakarta, dan guru SMAN 27 Jakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah data primer untuk variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Analisis data menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic 29 dan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwasanya kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi pembelajaran, kreativitas guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi pembelajaran, dan kompetensi guru memiliki hubungan korelasi dengan kreativitas guru. *** After the implementation of the merdeka curriculum in Indonesia, the government continues to strive for innovation in the learning system in schools. A curriculum that has a plan for the realization of freedom of thought for both students and teachers is the definition of an merdeka curriculum. To carry out the role as a teacher in the learning process, teachers are required to understand and master the competencies they already have. Professional teachers have many skills they have, this can create new innovations so that learning activities sound fun. Innovative learning variations can also make it easier for students to digest the knowledge provided by the teacher. Therefore, teacher creativity and competence are needed so that learning innovation runs efficiently. This thesis aims to determine the influence of teacher competence and teacher creativity on learning innovation in the merdeka curriculum. This study was conducted for six months starting from February 2023 to July 2023. This thesis research method uses survey methods with a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample selection of this study uses a saturated sample technique that makes members of the population as samples in the study. The acquisition of thesis data was carried out by distributing a closed questionnaire conducted online in the form of a google form to 112 teachers of SMAN 4 Jakarta, teachers of SMAN 20 Jakarta, and teachers of SMAN 27 Jakarta. The data used in this thesis is primary data for independent variables and dependent variables. Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 29 and Eviews 9 software. The results found that teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on learning innovation, teacher creativity has a positive and significant effect on learning innovation, and teacher competence has a correlation relationship with teacher creativity.
