Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN ANTARA DAYA TAHAN OTOT LENGAN DAN CORE STRENGHT DENGAN KEMAMPUAN GUNTINGAN JURUS REGU PADA PENCAK SILAT Abstrak. ***************** Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan daya tahan otot lengan dengan kemampuan guntingan regu, hubungan Core Strength dengan kemampuan guntingan regu dan hubungan daya tahan otot lengan dan core strength secara Bersama-sama dengan kemampuan guntingan regu pada atlet seni pencak silat. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dari bulan November 2023 sampai Desember 2023 dilakukan di Gedung LPMP, Tanjung Barat, Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah atlet remaja kategori seni perguruan PAMUR DKI Jakarta. penelitian mengambil sampel 15 orang atlet kategori seni pencak silat. Analisis data penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagaiberikut : pertama, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara daya tahan otot lengan dan Kemampuan Guntingan Regu dengan persamaan garis linier Y terhadap X1 adalah ̅= 182,596 + 8,1341 koefesien korelasi ry₁ = - 0,089. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Core Strength dengan Kemampuan Guntingan Regu, dengan persamaan garis linier yaitu ̅ = 168,701 + 5,0932 koefesien korelasi ry₂ = 0,548. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara daya tahan otot lengan dan Core Strength denganKemampuan Guntingan Regu, dengan persamaan garis linier Y atas X1 dan X2 adalah Ȳ =178,395-0,449X1 + 3,685X2, koefesien korelasi ry₁-₂ = 0,525. Kata Kunci: daya tahan otot lengan , Core Strength, Kemampuan Guntingan Regu Dalam Pencak Silat ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ENDURANCE OF ARM MUSCLE AND CORE STRENGTH AND THE ABILITY TOEXCLUDE REGU STICKS IN PENCAK SILAT Abstract. ************** The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between endurance of arm muscle and team cutting ability, the relationship between Core Strength and team cutting ability and the relationship between a endurance of arm muscle and core strength together with team cutting ability in pencak silat athletes. Data collection was carried out from November 2023 to December 2023 at the LPMP Building, Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta. The population in the study were teenage athletes in the arts category at PAMUR DKI Jakarta College. The research took a sample of 15 athletes in the pencak silat arts category. Analysis of research data obtained the following results: firstly, there is a significant relationship between endurance of arm muscle and Team Cutting Ability with the linear equation of Y to Second, there is a significant relationship between Core Strength and Team Cutting Ability, with a linear equation, namely y = 168.701 + 5.093X_2 correlation coefficient ry₂ = 0.548. Third, there is a significant relationship between endurance of arm muscle and Core Strength and Team Cutting Ability, with the equation of the Y linear line for X1 and X2 is Ȳ =178.395- 0.449X1 +3.685X2, correlation coefficient ry₁-₂= 0.525.
