Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran mata kuliah Media dan Sumber Belajar Anak Usia Dini berbasis Digital Storytelling bermuatan kearifan lokal Filosofi Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai, merupakan sistem nilai kemasyarakatan di Lampung. Desain muatan kearifan lokal dikemas dalam bentuk Visual Storytelling dan Digital Storytelling. Nilai moral yang terkandung dalam Filosofi Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai, yaitu: Bejuluk Beadek: Membelajarkan sikap rendah hati dan berjiwa besar; Nemui Nyimah: Mengenalkan makna silaturahmi dan sikap murah hati; Nengah Nyappur: Membangun sikap suka bergaul dan bermusyawarah; Sakai Sambaiyan: Menumbuhkan sikap Kerjasama, tolong-menolong; Titie Gemattei: Mengenalkan adat kebiasaan baik dari warisan leluhur. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg and Gall dikolaborasikan dengan Step of System Approach Model of Educational Research and Development Dick and Carey, dan dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan ASSURE dan Rowntree. Evaluasi formatif pada penelitian dilakukan melalui Expert Judgement, One-to-One, Small Group dan Field Trial. Produk penelitian berupa Modul Pembelajaran, Visual Storytelling, Digital Storytelling dan Aplikasi Pembelajaran, yang dievaluasi oleh ahli materi, ahli desain, ahli media, ahli bahasa, ahli budaya/kearifan lokal, dan ahli multimedia. Rekomendasi perbaikan terdapat pada aspek desain Visual Storytelling; nuansa kearifan lokal dan pesan moral; kesesuaian pemilihan font; narasi subtitle Digital Storytelling; dan perbaikan dari hasil uji coba one-to-one pada aspek daya tarik gambar dan penyesuaian karakteristik pengguna. Tindakan perbaikan terhadap produk yang dikembangkan dilakukan sesuai rekomendasi. Evaluasi dilanjutkan dengan uji coba kelompok kecil terhadap 9 mahasiswa dan uji coba lapangan terhadap 33 mahasiswa diperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 4,77 (95,4%) dan 4,89 (97,8%). Hasil analisis kelayakan pada uji teoretis dan uji empiris tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa produk pengembangan dan model pembelajaran, layak digunakan. Selanjutnya uji efektivitas melalui pre-test dan post-test dilakukan dengan t-Test kelompok berpasangan atau uji Wilcoxon, diperoleh thitung sebesar 34,33. Dengan taraf Sig. α ≤ 0.05 atau harga t untuk uji dua arah distribusi t dengan db = n-1= 33-1=32 diperoleh ttabel = 2,040, menunjukkan nilai thitung>ttabel (34,33>2,040), artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan skor rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah t-Test. Uji efektifitas dilanjutkan dengan N-Gain, diperoleh hasil N-Gain Score 0,72 dan N-Gain Score (%) sebesar 72,32%, ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa, artinya model pembelajaran tersebut efektif digunakan. Kata Kunci: Digital Storytelling, Kearifan Lokal, Media Pembelajaran, Sumber Belajar ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to produce a learning model for Early Childhood Media and Learning Resources based on Digital Storytelling with local wisdom content of the Philosophy of Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai which is the value system of the people in Lampung. The design of local wisdom content is packaged in the form of Visual Storytelling and Digital Storytelling. The moral values contained in the Philosophy of Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai, namely: Bejuluk Beadek: Teaches a humble and big-hearted attitude; Nemui Nyimah: Introducing the meaning of friendship and generosity; Nengah Nyappur: Building an attitude of getting along and deliberation; Sakai Sambaiyan: Fosters an attitude of cooperation, mutual help; Titie Gemattei: Introducing good customs from ancestral heritage. The research model used is research and development from Borg and Gall which is collaborated with the steps of the Dick and Carey Educational Research and Development System Approach Model and combined with the ASSURE and Rowntree development models. Formative evaluation in this research was conducted through Expert Judgement, One-to-One, Small Group, and Field Trial stages. Research products in the form of Learning Modules, Visual Storytelling, Digital Storytelling and Learning Applications are evaluated by material experts, design experts, media experts, language experts, local culture/wisdom experts and multimedia experts. Recommendations for improvement are in the aspects of Visual Storytelling design; nuances of local wisdom and moral messages; suitability of font selection; Digital Storytelling text narration; and improvements from the results of one-on-one trials in the aspects of image attractiveness and adjustment to user characteristics. Corrective actions to the developed product were carried out in accordance with the recommendations. The evaluation was continued with a small group trial of 9 students and a field trial of 33 students obtaining a rating of 4.77 (95.4%) and 4.89 (97.8%). The results of the feasibility analysis on the theoretical test and empirical test showed that the development product and learning model were feasible to use. Furthermore, the effectiveness test was carried out through pre-test and post-test with paired group t-Test or Wilcoxon test, obtained a tcount value of 34.33. With Sig. α ≤ 0.05 or the price of t for a two-way test of the t distribution with db=n-1=33-1=32 obtained ttable=2.040, indicating the value of tcount>ttable (34.33>2.040), meaning that there is a significant difference in the average score before and after the t-test. The effectiveness test was continued with N-Gain, obtained the results of N-Gain Score 0.72 and N-Gain Score (%) of 72.32%, this shows an increase in student learning outcomes, meaning that the learning model is effective to use.
