Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri yang ada di Indonesia terutama di Kota Tanggerang, Provinsi Banten. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepada 305 siswa kelas XII, sistem informasi berbasis website yang dimiliki oleh sekolah sampai saat ini website yang dapat membantu siswa dalam pemilihan karier belum diadakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi pemilihan karier siswa SMA Negeri 12 Kota Tangerang dengan visual user interface yang mudah dimengerti secara sederhana, serta mendapatkan rancangan alur user experience yang dapat memberikan pengalaman baru dan mempermudah penggunaan sesuai dengan aturan metode user centered design bagi siswa yang ingin melanjutkan karier sesuai dengan kepribadiannya. Hasil dari perancangan user interface dan user experience berupa purwarupa high-fidelity yang dibangun menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale terhadap 152 siswa dan 1 guru yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata SUS 80,81 dengan grade A, tingkat penerimaan dengan peringkat adjective serta memperoleh nilai excellent. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa user interface yang dibuat ini sudah memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan pengguna. ***** 12th State Senior High School in Tangerang City is one of the public high schools in Indonesia, especially in Tangerang City, Banten Province. Based on a survey of 305 twelfth-grade students, the school's website-based information system currently lacks features to assist students in career selection. This study aims to produce a design for a career information system for students of 12th State Senior High School in Tangerang City with a visually user-friendly interface and a user experience flow that provides a new experience and facilitates usage according to the rules of the user-centered design method for students who want to pursue careers in line with their personalities. The results of the user interface and user experience design are presented in a high-fidelity prototype built using the Figma application. Testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale method on 152 students and 1 teacher, resulting in an average SUS score of 80.81 with an A grade, indicating excellent acceptance levels. The testing results show that the created user interface meets user needs and satisfaction.
