Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and describe comprehensively the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the work effectiveness of public high school teachers in Central Jakarta. This research was conducted at public high schools in Central Jakarta with a sample size of 207 teachers. This research method uses quantitative research survey method, while to analyze the data using path analysis. Data collection is done through filling out a questionnaire. Based on the results of the calculation, the path analysis obtained: 1) organizational culture has a direct effect on teacher work effectiveness 2) direct effect of the work environment on teacher work effectiveness, 3) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on the work environment with a path coefficient value of 0.6786 and tcount 13.228. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjabarkan secara komprehensif mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Jakarta Pusat dengan ukuran sample 207 guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei penelitian kuantitatif, adapun untuk menganalisis datanya menggunakan analisis jalur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh analisis jalur: 1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap efektivitas kerja guru 2) pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja guru, 3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap lingkungan kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,6786 dan thitung 13,228.
