Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat tradisi Hajat Bumi di Masyarakat Perkotaan. Lalu penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat Perubahan yang terjadi dalam Tradisi Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara yang mendalam terhadap informan kunci sebanyak 5 orang dan juga beberapa informan pendukung, Observasi di lokasi penelitian, dan Dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari informan serta Dokumentasi secara langsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Makam Kramat Ganceng dan sampai pada akhir tempat acara yaitu Makam Kramat Ampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan Februari s/d Juni 2023 Kedua makam ini berada di wilayah administrasi Kelurahan Pondok Ranggon, Kecamatan Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tradisi Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng mengalami sedikit perubahan pada tradisinya. Pada awalnya tradisi ini dilakukan untuk ucapan rasa syukur dan menolak bala atas hasil panen warga pondok ranggon, sedangkan di zaman sekarang dilakukan untuk ucapan rasa syukur dan tolak bala atas segala sumber rezeki masyarakat Pondok Ranggon, tradisinya menyesuaikan dengan ajaran agama Islam, banyak warga luar yang datang hanya sekedar melihat pasar rakyatnya dan terdapat juga perubahan dalam pasar rakyatnya yang dahulu para penjual hanya menjual sayuran dan buah-buahan hasil alam, sedangkan sekarang banyak yang menjual barang-barang kebutuhan pribadi dan juga hiburan untuk anak-anak *** This research aims to look at the Hajat Bumi tradition in urban communities. Then this research aims to see the changes that have occurred in the Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng Tradition. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with 5 key informants and also several supporting informants, observations at the research location, and documentation obtained from informants as well as direct documentation. This research was carried out at the Kramat Ganceng Cemetery and reached the end of the event, namely the Kramat Ampel Cemetery. This research was conducted from February to June 2023. These two graves are located in the administrative area of Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta. The results of the research show that the Bumi Kramat Ganceng Hajat Tradition has experienced slight changes in its traditions. In the beginning, this tradition was carried out to express gratitude and reject reinforcements for the harvest of the residents of Pondok Ranggon, whereas nowadays it is carried out to express gratitude and reject reinforcements for all sources of sustenance for the people of Pondok Ranggon, the tradition adapts to the teachings of the Islamic religion, many foreign residents who come just to see the people's market and there are also changes in the people's market, where previously the sellers only sold vegetables and fruit from natural products, whereas now many sell personal necessities and also entertainment for children
