Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Card Sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dan keaktifan peserta didik VII-3 SMP Negeri 214 Jakarta semester II tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dari bulan Maret sampai bulan Mei 2019 dengan jumlah peserta didik 34 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 siklus, dan setiap siklusnya teridiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu : Perencanaan Tindakan, Pelaksanaan Tindakan, Observasi, dan Refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya. Siklus satu sebesar 41% memperoleh nilai hasil belajar diatas KKM 72, Siklus dua 71% memperoleh nilai hasil belajar diatas KKM 72, dan siklus tiga 82% memperoleh nilai hasil belajar diatas KKM 72. Selain itu, keberhasilan peningkatan juga terjadi pada penerapan keaktifan bertanya, menjawab, berpendapat, dan kerja sama. Dengan keaktifan yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 yaitu sebesar 13%. Pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan presentase keaktifan peserta didik menjadi sebesar 42%. Pada siklus ke 3 presentase keaktifan peserta didik lebih meningkat sebesar 47%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Active Learning Tipe Card Sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS peserta didik, dan meningkatkan kekaktifan peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik dapat memperoleh hasil belajar IPS yang lebih baik yaitu diatas standar KKM 72. This research is supposed to know weither the implementation of sort card learning methode could be increasing the Score and activeness of Grade VII-3 of SMP Negeri 214 Jakarta's Students in learning social sceince subject. it situated in March 2019 to Mei 2019 it was the second Semester of 2019/2020 school year with amount of students is 34 persons. The Method taken in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) Method. This Research had 3 cycles and each cycle had 4 step, There are : Planning of Classroom Action, Implementation of Classroom Action, Observation and reflection. Based on the research, The score of the student gaining significantly increasing beyond Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning Rate (KKM = 72 point) in each step of the cycles. in the first cycle amount of 14 students (41% Students), in the second cycle amount of 24 students (71% students), in the third cycle amount of 28 students (81% Students) gained score above Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning Rate (KKM). Besides, activeness of student such as asking, answering the question, delivers an idea and team working in the class was also rising. in the first cycle students 0% activeness shown. then in the second cycle, students who active in asking was rising it takes 32%, anwering a question 47%, delivers an idea 29% and team working 59% of students in the class. and in the third cycle the activeness significantly rising, students who active in asking 41%, anwering a question 50%, delivers an idea 35% and team working 62% of students in the class. According to the result conclude that the implementation of sort card learning method could be rising the score of stuedents test as their result and also increasing the activeness of learning social science Subject, then the students could reach a higher score in learning social science subject that is above the Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning Rate (KKM) as the KKM score is 72 point.
