Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model latihan footwork penjaga gawang pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan 5 tahap yaitu analisis, desain, pengembang model, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa model latihan footwork penjaga gawang pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sekolah menengah atas, yang telah di revisi oleh dosen ahli futsal, ahli futsal dan ahli penjaga gawang futsal sebanyak 17 model yang telah di ujicobakan bertempat di SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta dengan 17 model yang telah di validasi oleh oleh dosen ahli futsal, ahli futsal dan ahli penjaga gawang futsal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan footwork penjaga gawang pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sekolah menengah atas dapat menjadi alternatif model latihan dan memberikan kontribusi yang baik dalam proses latihan agar hasilnya lebih optimal. Menurut hasil survey kelayakan mendapatkan hasil keseluruhan kelayakan model footwork adalah 71% Sangat Layak dan 29% Layak dengan total 17 model serta hasiil survey hasil keseluruhan Kemenarikan model footwork adalah 72% Sangat Menarik, 26% Menarik dan 2% Netral dengan total 17 model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian model latihan footwork penjaga gawang pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sekolah menengah atas dapat dikembangkan dan dapat diterapkan pada siswa siswa penjaga gawang ekstrakurikuler futsal. ***** Research aims to create a footwork training model for high school extracurricular students specializing in goalkeeping. The study uses the R&D research method with the ADDIE model, encompassing 5 stages: analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. The research outcome yields a product in the form of a goalkeeping footwork training model for high school extracurricular students. This model underwent revision by 17 futsal expert professors and goalkeeping specialists. It was tested at Jakarta State High School 31 and validated by the same experts. The research findings indicate that the goalkeeping footwork training model for high school extracurricular students can serve as an alternative training model, contributing significantly to optimizing training outcomes. According to the feasibility survey, the overall feasibility of the footwork model obtained a score of 71% Very Feasible and 29% Feasible, totaling 17 models. Similarly, the attractiveness survey resulted in an overall score of 72% Very Attractive, 26% Attractive, and 2% Neutral, also with a total of 17 models. Based on the research findings, the goalkeeping footwork training model for high school extracurricular students can be further developed and applied to futsal goalkeeping extracurricular students
