Abstract

Indonesia dalam SEA Games Hanoi 2021 Di Vietnam Tahun 2022 dengan mengevaluasi 14 cabang olahraga DBON yaitu berjumlah 13 cabang olahraga DBON yang mengikuti SEA Games. Penelitian ini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan Pelatnas dan pengiriman kontingen Indonesia dalam SEA Games Hanoi 2021 Di Vietnam Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi program, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, berdasarkan hasil interaksi dengan subjek di lapangan melalui metoda observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan penelitian dokumen. Responden pada penelitian ini yakni: Atlet SEA Games, dan Pelatih SEA Games (Pelatih Kepala, ketua Cabor masing – masing. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah tiap penanggung jawab Progam Pelatnas Indonesia pada SEA Games 2022: 1.Tim Pemerintah Kemenpora (Sesmenpora) 2.Ketua Cabang Olahraga. (Ketua KONI Pusat) 3.CDM Kontingen Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif menggunakan Trigulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini 1.Efektivitas komponen konteks yang mencakup landasan hukum, maksud dan tujuan, kebijakan program serta peran lembaga dengan hasil analisis berdasarkan kriteria target sasaran 100% mendapatkan jawaban responden sebesar 46,76% menyatakan baik. 2.Efektivitas komponen input yang mencakup pemilihan atltet, pelatih dan seluruh kontingen, kesesuaian rekuitmen, pendanaan dan pelaksanaan dengan hasil analisis berdasarkan kriteria target sasaran 100% mendapatkan jawaban responden sebesar 42,39 % menyatakan sangat baik. 3.Efektivitas komponen proses yang meliputi: Tahapan proses pemilihan kontingen proses persiapan program, proses review, kondisi dan peluang serta proses pelaksanaan program pembinaan dengan hasil analisis berdasarkan kriteria target sasaran 100% mendapatkan jawaban responden sebesar 30,77% menyatakan cukup baik. 4.Efektivitas komponen product: Bagaimana capaian, keberhasilan dan kesesuaian target atlet nasional dan pelatih yang layak pada program keberlanjutan Pelatnas SEA Games Vietnam tahun 2022 berjalan secara teratur dan berkelanjutan, dengan hasil analisis berdasarkan kriteria target sasaran 100% mendapatkan jawaban responden sebesar 53,63% menyatakan sangat baik. Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Pelatnas, SEA Games TRAINING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND SENDING OF THE INDONESIAN CONTINGENT IN THE 2021 HANOI SEA GAMES IN VIETNAM IN 2022 (Evaluation Study on 14 Sports Branches of DBON SEA GAMES 2022) ***** Indonesia in the 2021 Hanoi SEA Games in Vietnam in 2022 by evaluating 14 DBON sports, namely 13 DBON sports participating in the SEA Games. This research aims to evaluate the Pelatnas coaching program and send the Indonesian contingent to the 2021 Hanoi SEA Games in Vietnam in 2022. The research method used is program evaluation, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, based on the results of interactions with subjects in the field through observation, interviews, questionnaires and document research methods. Respondents in this study were: SEA Games Athletes, and SEA Games Coaches (Head Coaches, heads of their respective sports. The informants in this research are each person in charge of the Indonesian National Training Program at the 2022 SEA Games:1. Ministry of Youth and Sports Government Team (Sesmenpora) 2. Head of Sports.(Chairman of Central KONI) 3. CDM Indonesian Contingent. The data used in this research is qualitative data and quantitative data using data triangulation. The results of this research are 1. The effectiveness of the context component which includes the legal basis, aims and objectives, program policies and the role of the institution with the results of the analysis based on the target criteria being 100%, getting a response of 46.76% of respondents who said it was good. 2. The effectiveness of the input components which include the selection of athletes, coaches and all contingents, suitability of recruitment, funding and implementation with the results of analysis based on target criteria was 100%, getting a response of 42.39% of respondents who said it was very good. 3. The effectiveness of the process components which include: Stages of the contingent selection process, program preparation process, review process, conditions and opportunities as well as the process of implementing the coaching program with the results of analysis based on the target criteria. 100% got a response of 30.77% of respondents who said it was quite good. 4. Effectiveness of product components: How are the achievements, success and suitability of targets for national athletes and coaches worthy of the 2022 Vietnam SEA Games national training sustainability program running regularly and sustainably, with analysis results based on target criteria of 100% getting a respondent answer of 53.63 % said it was very good.
