Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Magang dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 1.634 mahasiswa dan populasi terjangkau sebanyak 318 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 10% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis outer model dan analisis inner model. Hasil dari perhitungan X1 terhadap Y menunjukkan bahwa skor original sample sebesar 0.366 dan t-statistic sebesar 2.809 > 1.645 serta nilai p-value sebesar 0.005 < 0.05; kemudian untuk X2 terhadap Y diperoleh skor original sample sebesar 0.570 dan t-statistic sebesar 4.260 > 1.645 serta nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Adapun hasil perhitungan F2 dari variabel X1 terhadap Y diperoleh skor F2 sebesar 0.173 dan untuk variabel X1 terhadap Y diperoleh skor F2 sebesar 0.417. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, bahwa Magang dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja mahasiswa. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internships and work motivation on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The research method that researchers used in this study was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all active students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, totaling 1,634 students and an affordable population of 318 students. The sampling technique used proportionate random sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% so that the sample in this study amounted to 76 students. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SmartPLS software version 4.0. The data analysis technique used consists of outer model analysis and inner model analysis. The results of the calculation of X1 on Y show that the original sample score is 0.366 and the t-statistic is 2.809> 1.645 and the p-value is 0.005 <0.05; then for X2 on Y, the original sample score is 0.570 and the t-statistic is 4.260> 1.645 and the p-value is 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F2 calculation from variable X1 on Y obtained an F2 score of 0.173 and for variable X1 on Y obtained an F2 score of 0.417. So, it can be concluded in this study, that Internship and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ work readiness.
