Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa video interaktif sebagai sumber belajar para Kader Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan teknik komunikasi pada masyarakat lanjut usia (Lansia), (2) Memfasilitasi para Kader BKL wilayah Kelurahan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan komunikasi efektif dengan komunitas lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dengan melalui enam pokok tahapan yaitu konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan materi, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi. Tahap uji coba ini dilakukan kepada sepuluh orang subjek Kader BKL wilayah Kelurahan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor sebagai responden dan kepada 1 ahli media serta 1 ahli materi untuk menilai keefektifan media pembelajaran sebelum didistribusikan ke pengguna yang lebih banyak. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa: (1) pengembangan media pembelajaran video interaktif tentang komunikasi efektif pada komunitas lanjut usia. Melalui tahapan konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan materi, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi. (2) berdasarkan nilai keefektifan oleh ahli materi masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 4,8 dan persentase 92%, nilai keefektifan oleh ahli media masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 4,8 dan persentase 95%, berdasarkan nilai keefektifan oleh responden yaitu Kader BKL wilayah Kelurahan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor media pembelajaran ini masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase kualitas media 95,9% sehingga media pembelajaran video interaktif “Komunikasi Efektif pada Komunitas Lansia : Kader BKL Hebat” ini layak digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan Kader BKL wilayah Kelurahan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor. ***** This development research aims to: (1) produce teaching materials in the form of interactive videos as a learning resource for Elderly Family Development Cadres (BKL) in increasing knowledge and skills in communication techniques in the elderly, (2) Facilitate BKL Cadres in the sub-district area Tanah Sareal, Bogor City to have knowledge and effective communication skills with the elderly community. This research uses an approachResearch and Development (R&D) and methods Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) through six main stages, namely concept, design, collection of materials, manufacture, testing and distribution. This trial phase was carried out on ten BKL Cadre subjects in the Tanah Sareal Sub District area, Bogor City as respondents and on 1 media expert and 1 material expert to assess the effectiveness of the learning media before distributing it to more users. The results of the research that has been carried out show that: (1) development of interactive video learning media about effective communication in the elderly community. Through the stages of concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing and distribution. (2) based on the effectiveness value by material experts it is in the very good category with an average of 4.8 and a percentage of 92%, the effectiveness value by media experts is in the very good category with an average of 4.8 and a percentage of 95%, based on the value effectiveness by respondents, namely BKL Cadres in the Tanah Sareal Village area, Bogor City, this learning media is in the very good category with a media quality percentage of 95.9% so that the learning mediainteractive video "Effective Communication in the Elderly Community: Great BKL Cadres'' This is suitable for use to support the activities of BKL Cadres in the Tanah Sareal Village area, Bogor City.
