Abstract
Ayam broiler adalah jenis ayam yang paling banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Salah satu pakan alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi ayam broiler yaitu tepung maggot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh khamir probiotik dan oleaginous pada pakan maggot serta mengetahui pengaruh tepung maggot sebagai pakan suplementasi pada ayam broiler fase starter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh khamir probiotik dan oleaginous pada pakan maggot serta mengetahui pengaruh tepung maggot sebagai pakan suplementasi pada ayam broiler fase starter. Dari hasil yang didapatkan penggunaan kedua khamir yaitu P. kudriavzevii dan R. alborubescens tidak bersifat yang toksik dimana dinyatakan dalam nilai LC50. Hasil uji sinergimse juga menunjukkan bahwa kedua khamir saling sinergis dimana tidak menghasilkan zona bening. Hasil pemberian khamir pada pakan maggot menunjukkan pengaruh nyata pada pertambahan biomassa(berat basah), indeks reduksi pakan, nilai konversi pakan serta analisis kandungan nutrisi. Penggunaan tepung maggot dengan kandungan protein yang tinggi memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan karkas ayam broiler. Karkas ayam broiler yang tertinggi dihasilkan pada perlakuan 5% tepung Maggot ditambahkan 95 % pakan komersial dan 10% suspensi khamir dengan persentase karkas sebesar 63,29%. Broiler chickens are the most widely cultivated type of chicken in Indonesia. One alternative feed to meet the nutritional needs of broiler chickens is maggot flour. This study aims to determine the effect of probiotic and oleaginous yeasts on maggot feed and to determine the effect of maggot flour as supplementary feed in starter phase broiler chickens. From the results obtained, the use of both yeasts, namely P. kudriavzevii and R. alborubescens, is not toxic which is expressed in the LC50 value. The results of the synergism test also showed that the two yeasts were synergistic where they did not produce a clear zone. The results of giving yeast to maggot feed showed a significant effect on biomass gain (wet weight), feed reduction index, feed conversion value and nutritional content analysis. The use of maggot flour with high protein content has a significant effect on broiler carcass gain. The highest broiler carcass was produced in the treatment of 5% Maggot flour added 95% commercial feed and 10% yeast suspension with a carcass percentage of 63,29%.
