Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru penggerak di SDN Malaka Sari 05 dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru penggerak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Guru penggerak sebagai educator dalam pembelajaran mencakup penggunaan strategi interaktif, motivasi siswa, dan pengajaran nilai-nilai karakter Pancasila. (2) Guru penggerak sebagai fasilitator, guru penggerak di SDN Malaka Sari 05 memainkan peran kunci sebagai fasilitator untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran aktif dan inovatif melalui strategi proyek, kegiatan kreatif, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. (3) Guru penggerak sebagai motivator, guru menggunakan strategi pemberian dukungan positif, menetapkan tujuan menantang, dan melibatkan peserta didik dalam pengambilan keputusan. (4) Guru penggerak sebagai inovator, selain menjadi inovator dengan menerapkan teknologi dan metode pembelajaran baru, juga memfasilitasi proses inovasi. Kata Kunci: Guru Penggerak, Peran Guru Penggerak, Kualitas Pembelajaran ***** This research aims to describe the role of the moving teacher at SDN Malaka Sari 05 in improving the quality of learning. this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection through interviews, observation, documentation. The informant of this research is the driving teacher. The results of this study show: (1) The driving teacher as an educator in learning includes the use of interactive strategies, student motivation, and teaching Pancasila character values. (2) Teachers as facilitators, teachers at SDN Malaka Sari 05 play a key role as facilitators to create an active and innovative learning environment through project strategies, creative activities, and technology utilization. (3) Instructor as motivator, teachers use strategies of providing positive support, setting challenging goals, and involving learners in decision making. (4) Teachers as innovators, in addition to being innovators by implementing new learning technologies and methods, also facilitate the innovation process.
