Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi online learning PRO UKI pada mata diklat Konsep Dasar Pengendalian Intern di Pusdiklat Keuangan Umum berdasarkan model Framework for E-Learning yang dikembangkan oleh Badrul Khan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga dari delapan komponen model Framework for E-Learning yaitu Sistem Pembelajaran, Sistem Evaluasi, dan Layanan Bantuan Belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi sumatif. Evaluasi melibatkan ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli media serta peserta pelatihan. Kuesioner peserta pelatihan diisi oleh 44 peserta pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata perolehan persentase untuk tiap komponen adalah 69,5% dengan kriteria cukup baik untuk sistem pembelajaran, 91,5% dengan kriteria sangat baik untuk sistem evaluasi dan 90,1% dengan kriteria sangat baik untuk layanan bantuan belajar. Hasil observasi pada komponen sistem pembelajaran menunjukkan masih ada kekurangan pada pemilihan warna baik pada tulisan dan desain tampilan online learning serta belum adanya objek multimedia dalam bentuk foto dan video. Hasil wawancara pada komponen sistem evaluasi dan layanan bantuan belajar menunjukkan masih ada kekurangan pada evaluasi yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan, forum diskusi yang belum memadai dan belum adanya sumber belajar offline. ***** This research was conducted to evaluate PRO UKI online learning in the Basic Concepts of Internal Control training course at the General Financial Education and Training Center based on the Framework for E-Learning model developed by Badrul Khan. This research focuses on three of the eight components of the Framework for E-Learning model, namely Learning Systems, Evaluation Systems, and Learning Assistance Services. The evaluation involved learning design experts and media experts as well as training participants. The trainee questionnaire was filled in by 44 trainees. The evaluation results show that the average percentage gain for each component is 69.5% with fairly good criteria for the learning system, 91.5% with very good criteria for the evaluation system and 90.1% with very good criteria for learning support services. The results of observations on the learning system components show that there are still deficiencies in color selection in both writing and online learning display design and the absence of multimedia objects in the form of photos and videos. The results of interviews regarding the components of the evaluation system and learning assistance services show that there are still shortcomings in the development of evaluations that are not in line with the objectives, inadequate discussion forums and the absence of offline learning resources.
