Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Cileungsi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel X dan motivasi kerja guru honorer sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan guru honorer SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Cileungsi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 64 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 52,397 + 0,565X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,305 atau 30,5%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasill thitung (5,222) > ttabel (1,99897) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru honorer SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Cileungsi ***** This study aims to determine how much influence the principal's leadership has on the work motivation of State High School honorary teachers in Cileungsi District. This research consists of two variables, namely the principal's leadership as the X variable and the honorary teacher's work motivation as the Y variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were teachers at State Senior High Schools in Cileungsi District. Sampling used a nonprobability sampling technique with a total sample of 64 honorary teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by simple linear regression analysis which produces a regression equation Ŷ = 52,397 + 0,565X and a coefficient of determination of 0,305 or 30.5%. From the results of testing the hypothesis using the t test, the results obtained are tcount (5,222) > ttable (1,99897) and the result is a significance value of 0.000 <0.005. So that it is stated that the principal's leadership variable has a significant influence on honorary teacher's work motivation in public high school in Cileungsi District.
