Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program bimbingan keterampilan tata boga di Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Taruna Jaya 1 yang meliputi: (1) evaluasi konteks (context); (2) evaluasi masukan (input); (3) evaluasi proses (process); (4) evaluasi produk (product). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan model CIPP menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Analisis Konteks (context) program bimbingan keterampilan tata boga di PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 sudah berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, tujuan dan sasaran program sesuai dengan latar belakang program serta didasari oleh peraturan yang berlaku; (2) Analisis Masukan (Input) evaluasi program bimbingan keterampilan tata boga di PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 yang terdiri dari sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, serta sumber dana dan penggunaanya yang sudah berjalan cukup baik namun sarana dan prasarana masih perlu diperhatikan; (3) Analisis Proses (Process) program bimbingan keterampilan tata boga di PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 terdiri dari metode, materi, dan waktu yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar dan keadaan warga binaan sosial serta adanya evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman warga binaan; (4) Analisis Produk (Product) program bimbingan keterampilan tata boga di PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 menunjukkan hasil yang positif hal ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya pengetahuan warga belajar serta lulusan peserta keterampilan mengenai keterampilan tata boga dan memiliki sertifikat kompetensi keahlian dari panti dan dari BNSP, adanya perubahan sikap dan kondisi sosial dari warga binaan sosial setelah mengikuti program. ***** This research aims to describe the implementation of the culinary skills guidance program at the Bina Pemuda Taruna Jaya 1 Social Home which includes: (1) context evaluation; (2) input evaluation; (3) process evaluation; (4) product evaluation. This type of research is evaluative research with the CIPP model using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used in this research consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Context analysis of the culinary skills guidance program at PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 has been running in accordance with community needs, the program goals and objectives are in accordance with the program background and are based on applicable regulations; (2) Input Analysis (Input) evaluation of the culinary skills guidance program at PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 which consists of human resources, curriculum, as well as funding sources and their use which have been running quite well but the facilities and infrastructure still need attention; (3) Process Analysis (Process) of the culinary skills guidance program at PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 consisting of methods, materials and time that are appropriate to the learning needs and conditions of the social assistance residents as well as a learning evaluation carried out to determine the level of understanding of the assisted residents; (4) Product analysis of the culinary skills guidance program at PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 shows positive results, this can be seen from the increased knowledge of learning residents and graduate participants regarding culinary skills and having skills competency certificates from the institution and from BNSP, there is a change in attitudes and social conditions of social assistance residents after participating in the program.
