Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen mutu pembelajaran di MTs Negeri 4 Jakarta. Sub fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan mutu pembelajaran melibatkan berbagai pihak dan memastikan tujuan yang jelas; 2) Pengorganisasian mutu pembelajaran didukung oleh struktur organisasi yang komprehensif, dengan penekanan pada penjaminan mutu melalui Kurikulum Operasional Madrasah (KOM). 3) Proses pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran melibatkan tahapan perencanaan mutu pembelajaran, pengembangan materi, implementasi pembelajaran bermutu, evaluasi dan refleksi pembelajaran, serta pemantauan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan proses pembelajaran sesuai strandar kualitas. 4) Evaluasi mutu pembelajaran dilakukan secara cermat melalui berbagai alat evaluasi. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan, MTs Negeri 4 Jakarta berkomitmen untuk memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran efektif dan efisien bagi peserta didik. ***** This research aims to describe the quality management of learning at State Junior High School 4 Jakarta. The sub-focuses in this study include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This research employs a qualitative approach and descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The quality management of learning at State Junior High School 4 Jakarta has been implemented thoroughly and systematically. The results of this research indicate that: 1) The planning of learning quality involves various stakeholders and ensures clear objectives; 2) The organization of learning is supported by a comprehensive organizational structure, emphasizing quality assurance through the Operational Madrasah Curriculum (KOM). 3) The process of implementing quality learning involves stages of planning, material development, implementation of quality learning, evaluation and reflection of learning, as well as continuous monitoring to ensure that the learning process meets quality standards. 4) The evaluation of learning quality is carried out carefully through various evaluation tools. In the effort to improve the quality of education, State Junior High School 4 Jakarta is committed to providing effective and efficient learning experiences for students.
