Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh social media marketing terhadap destination image, 2) pengaruh social media marketing terhadap customer satisfaction, 3) pengaruh social media marketing terhadap customer experience, 4) pengaruh social media marketing terhadap revisit intention, 5) pengaruh destination image terhadap revisit intention, 6) pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention, 7) pengaruh customer experience terhadap revisit intention pada wisata The Lodge Maribaya. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 245 responden yang pernah melakukan kunjungan ke The Lodge Maribaya berdomisili di Jabodetabek dan Bandung, berusia 17 tahun keatas. Software yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 25 dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dari software AMOS untuk mengolah data dan menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil dari uji hipotesis dari penelitian ini seluruh hipotesis diterima. **** The purpose of this study is to determina: 1) the effect ofsocial media marketing to destination image, 2) the effect of social media marketing of customer satisfaction, 3) the effect of social media marketing to customer experience, 4) the effect of social media marketing to revisit intention, 5) the effect of destination image to revisit intention, 6) the effect of customer satisfaction torevisit intention, 7) the effect of customer experience to revisit intention at The lodge Maribaya. The Software used in this research is SPSS 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from AMOS software to process data and analyze research data. The result of hypothesis testing from this research all hypothesis were accepted.
