Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Analisis Online customer review Kategori Produk Fesyen di E-Marketplace. Penelitian ini dilakukan di jaringan internet, dilakukan dalam bentuk survei online yang diberikan kepada masyarakat Jabodetabek, usia minimal 17 tahun, dan telah berbelanja produk fesyen selama setahun terakhir di e-marketplace. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif dikenal dengan metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angka-angka, dimulai dari pengumpulan data penelitian, cara menginterpretasikan data, hingga bagaimana hasilnya muncul. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui e-form yang disebar secara luas secara online kepada 133 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan e-form dilakukan secara online sehingga hasil penelitian dapat dikumpulkan dan diolah lebih cepat dan mudah. ***** This research aims to determine the influence of Online customer review Analysis of the Fesyen Product Category on the E-Marketplace. This research was conducted on the internet and the form of an online survey got shared to residents of Jabodetabek, with the aged at least 17 years who have shopped for fesyen products on e-marketplaces for the last one year. In this research, this type of research uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is known as a research method using numbers, starting from collecting research data, how to interpret the data, until how the results emerge. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire via g-form which was distributed widely online to 134 respondents. Data collection using g-form is carried out online so that research results can be collected and processed more quickly and easily.
