Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis, menguji dan menemukan pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit, Creative Self Efficacy terhadap Creative Performance melalui Job Saticfaction di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan analisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS ver. 24.00 untuk menguji validitas, kecocokan model dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Sampel penelitian adalah sejumlah 257 ASN Itjen Kemendikbudristek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deduktif kuantitatif yang dimulai dari dasar teori yang sudah lalu pengujian hipotesis dan mengungkap masalah atau fenomena melalui kuantitatif. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan Creative Performance pada Itjen Kemendikbudristek dipengaruhi oleh faktor Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit, dan Creative Self Efficacy. Job Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh total terbesar terhadap Creative Performance. Ditemukan pula Job Saticfaction berperan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit, dan Creative Self Efficacy terhadap Creative Performance. Kata kunci: Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit,CreativeSelf Efficacy, Creative Performance, Job Satisfaction*****************The aim of this research is to examine, analyze, develop and discover the influence of Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit, Creative Self Efficacy on Creative Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research andTechnology of the Republic of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection using questionnaires and analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS ver. 24.00 to test validity, model suitability and research hypothesis testing. The research sample was 257 ASN Inspector General of the Ministry ofEducation and Culture. The sampling technique in this research uses non- probability sampling, namely using the convenience sampling method. Theresearch method used is a quantitative deductive method which starts from basic theory and then tests hypotheses and uncovers problems or phenomena throughquantitative methods. The findings of this research show that Creative Performance at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture is influenced by the factors Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit, and CreativeSelf Efficacy. Creative Self Efficacy has the largest total influence on Creative Performance. It was also found that Job Satisfaction plays a partially mediatingrole in the influence of Transformational Leadership, Person Environment Fit, and Creative Self Efficacy on Creative Performance.
