Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh future time perspective terhadap kematangan karir pada mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat ukur Indonesian Version of Future Time Perspective untuk mengukur variabel future time perspective dan Career Maturity Inventory Bahasa Indonesia untuk mengukur variabel kematangan karir. Sampel yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan metode non-probrability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan memanfaatkan sarana digital Google Form. Pada penelitian ini, didapatkan data dari responden sejumlah 105 orang. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 29.0, ditemukan bahwa skor kematangan karir pada mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta berada pada tingkat tinggi. Ditemukan pula bahwa pengaruh dari future time perspective terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta adalah sebesar 9,1%, yang pada uji pengaruh parsial hanya dimensi limitation oriented yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kematangan karir. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of career maturity and the influence of future time perspective on career maturity in students at the Faculty of Psychology, State University of Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with the Indonesian Version of Future Time Perspective measuring instrument to measure future time perspective variables and the Indonesian Career Maturity Inventory to measure career maturity variables in the samples taken from the student population at the Faculty of Psychology, State University of Jakarta using non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire method using the digital tool Google Form. In this research, data was obtained from 105 respondents. After processing the data using SPSS 29.0, it was found that the career maturity scores of students at the Faculty of Psychology, State University of Jakarta were at a high level. It was also found that the influence of future time perspective on the career maturity of students at the Faculty of Psychology, State University of Jakarta was 9.1% with only limitation oriented dimention that has the influence.
