Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendapatkan, menganalisis data, fakta dan informasi yang sahih (valid) dan reliable untuk menentukan ada tidaknya dan mengkonstruksi pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran, profesionalisme guru, budaya kerja, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terhadap kapasitas SMK Negeri se-DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode survei dan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel penelitian 732 guru pada 60 SMK Negeri di DKI Jakarta. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode teknik multistage sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Software yang digunakan SmartPLS v.4. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa; 1) profesionalisme guru dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh kepemimpinan pembelajaran, 2) budaya kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh kepemimpinan pembelajaran, 3) pemanfaatan TIK dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh kepemimpinan pembelajaran, 4) kapasitas sekolah dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh kepemimpinan pembelajaran, 5) kapasitas sekolah dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh profesionalisme guru, 6) kapasitas sekolah dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh budaya kerja, 7) kapasitas sekolah dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh pemanfaatan TIK. ***** The objectives to be achieved in this research in general are to find out, obtain, analyze valid and reliable data, facts and information to determine whether there is and construct the effect of instructional leadership, teacher professionalism, work culture, and the use of information technology on capacity SMK Negeri in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained using survey methods and instruments in the form of questionnaires. The research sample was 732 teachers at 68 SMK Negeri in DKI Jakarta. The sample was determined using the multistage sampling. Research data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The software used is SmartPLS4. The research results prove that: 1) teacher professionalism is significantly and positively influenced by instructional leadership, 2) work culture is significantly and positively influenced by instructional leadership, 3) use of ICT is significantly and positively influenced by instructional leadership, 4) school capacity is significantly and positively influenced by instructional leadership, 5) school capacity is significantly and positively influenced by teacher professionalism, 6) shows that school capacity is significantly and positively influenced by work culture, 7) school capacity is significantly and positively influenced by the use of ICT.
