Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa sebagian besar Taruna Akpol mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi-materi pada mata kuliah Fungsi Teknis Intelkam. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyaknya istilah-istilah asing dalam ilmu intelijen yang cukup sulit dipahami. Selain itu juga disebabkan oleh keterbatasan bahan ajar (hanjar) yang ada saat ini dalam memuat gambaran-gambaran atau ilustrasi secara visual yang dapat memudahkan Taruna Akpol dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menguji efektivitas mobile learning materi Teknik dan Taktik Penyelidikan pada mata kuliah Fungsi Teknis Intelkam bagi Taruna Akpol, sehingga diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menerapkan metoda Research and Development (R & D) dengan menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan Dick and Carey, sedangkan untuk model pengembangan produk yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck pada tahap pengembangan bahan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan berupa wawancara, angket, dan instrumen tes hasil belajar, sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Pengembangan mobile learning telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan model pengembangan Dick and Carey yang dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan Hannafin and Peck, melalui tahap uji ahli materi, ahli desain instruksional serta ahli media, dan dilakukan uji coba dengan teknik one to one, uji coba small group, dan uji coba lapangan (field trial) yang bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pembelajaran Teknik dan Taktik Penyelidikan dengan menggunakan mobile learning, (2) Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba mobile learning diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa produk mobile learning materi Teknik dan Taktik Penyelidikan pada mata kuliah Fungsi Teknis Intelkam bagi Taruna Akpol yang dikembangkan ini telah layak digunakan oleh Taruna dalam proses pembelajaran dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 87,98%, dan (3) Hasil uji efektivitas penggunaan mobile learning diukur dengan melakukan tes hasil belajar pada materi materi Teknik dan Taktik Penyelidikan pada mata kuliah Fungsi Teknis Intelkam bagi Taruna Akpol dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar menggunakan mobile learning yang diperoleh para Taruna adalah 88,13 yang telah melampaui standar nilai minimal Gatra Pengetahuan Taruna Tk III, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan mobile learning pada materi Teknik dan Taktik Penyelidikan pada mata kuliah Fungsi Teknis Intelkam bagi Taruna Akpol telah efektif. Kata kunci: Teknik dan Taktik Penyelidikan, Taruna Akpol, mobile learning, Hanafin and Peck. ABSTRACT This research is based on the fact that most of the Cadets of Akpol had difficulty in understanding the materials in the course of Intelkam Technical Functions. This is because of the many foreign terms in intelligence that are quite difficult to understand. In addition, it is also caused by the limitations of teaching materials which lack of visual images contents or illustrations that can facilitate Akpol Cadet in understanding the material. This research aims to produce, testing feasibility, and testing the effectiveness of mobile learning materials of Technique and Investigation Tactics in the course of Intelkam Technical Function for Cadets Akpol, so that it is expected to be utilized as one of the learning resources in supporting the learning process. This research implements research and development (R & D) method using Dick and Carey research and development model, while for product development model using Hannafin and Peck model at the development stage of learning materials. The data collection techniques that researchers use are interviews, questionnaires, and testing instruments of study results, while for data analysis techniques researchers using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study are: (1) Mobile learning development has been implemented in accordance with Dick and Carey development model combined with Hannafin and Peck development model, through the test phase of materials experts, instructional design experts and media experts, and conducted trials with one-to-one techniques, small group trials, and field trials aimed at testing the effectiveness of research techniques and tactics using mobile learning, (2) Based on the results of mobile learning trials obtained the conclusion that the developed product of mobile learning materials of Technique and Investigation Tactics in the course of Intelkam Technical Function for Akpol Cadets has been feasible to be used by cadets in the learning process with an average score of 87.98%, and (3) The results of the effectiveness test of using mobile learning are measured by conducting a study result test on the material of Technique and Investigation Tactics in the course of Intelkam Technical Function for Akpol Cadets with the average score of learning results using mobile learning obtained by the Cadets is 88.13 which has exceeded the minimum grade standard of Gatra Knowledge for the IIIrd grade Akpol Cadets, so it can be concluded that the use of mobile learning in Technique and Investigation Tactics in the course of Intelkam Technical Function for Akpol Cadets has been effective.
