Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh langsung pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap pengembangan usaha UMKM pameran ICRAFT. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji kreativitas dalam memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap pengembangan usaha UMKM. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Menggunakan sumber data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 142 pelaku UMKM pameran ICRAFT. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap pengembangan usaha UMKM pameran ICRAFT secara langsung. Selanjutnya, terdapat pula pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung pengalaman belajar ekonomi terhadap pengembangan usaha UMKM melalui kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi. ********* This research aims to examine the direct influence of economic learning experiences on the development of MSME businesses at the ICRAFT exhibition. This research also examines creativity in mediating the indirect influence of economic learning experiences on MSME business development. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Using primary data sources by distributing questionnaires to 142 MSME at the ICRAFT exhibition. This research uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of economic learning experiences on the development of MSME businesses at the ICRAFT exhibition directly. Furthermore, there is also a positive and significant indirect influence of economic learning experience on MSME business development through creativity as a mediating variable.
