Abstract

Komunikasi yang efektif menjadi kunci utama dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, terutama di era digitalisasi teknologi saat ini. PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro (PT BGA) menyadari pentingnya komunikasi yang terstruktur dan terkontrol untuk mendukung koordinasi antar departemen dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Perancangan ticketing system communication ini bertujuan sebagai media terpusat dalam koordinasi pelaksanaan proyek lintas departemen di PT BGA. Tahapan proses perancangan UI/UX dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research dengan metode spiral yang meliputi, diantaranya ; perencanaan (planning), aksi dan observasi (act and observe), refleksi diri atau evaluasi pengguna (self-reflect), dan revisi (revised plan). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan uji dokumentasi. Adapun yang menjadi informan kunci atau key informan adalah department head corporate communication and investor relations dan 3 informan pendukung dua orang staf departemen corporate communication and investor relations dan satu orang specialist grup departemen Sustainability and CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dalam koordinasi di PT BGA belum berjalan dengan dengan lancar, terstruktur, dan terdokumentasi, sehingga menghambat kolaborasi antar departemen. Sistem UI/UX dalam ticketing system communication dirancang untuk dapat membantu mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan menyediakan media interaksi antar manusia melalui perangkat komputer yang efisien, efektif, dan produktif. keyword : Komunikasi organisasi, Ticketing System Communication, UI/UX Effective communication is the main key in achieving organizational goals, especially in the current era of technological digitalization. PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro (PT BGA) realizes the importance of structured and controlled communication to support coordination between departments in project implementation. The design of this ticketing communication system aims to be a centralized medium for coordinating cross-departmental project implementation at PT BGA. Stages of the UI/UX design process using a Participatory Action Research approach with a spiral method which includes, including; planning, action and observation, self-reflection or user evaluation, and revision. Data collection techniques in this research used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation tests. The key informants are the corporate communications and investor relations department head and 3 supporting informants, two staff from the corporate communications and investor relations department and one group specialist from the Sustainability and CSR department. The research results show that communication in coordination at PT BGA has not been running smoothly, structured and documented, thus hampering collaboration between departments. The UI/UX system in the ticketing communication system is designed to help overcome these obstacles by providing a medium for interaction between humans through computer devices that is efficient, effective and productive.
