Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang efektivitas manajemen Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi. Sub fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi efektivitas perencanaan, efektivitas pelaksanaan, efektivitas evaluasi, dan hambatan dalam implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) perencanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari ketepatan dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, adanya strategi dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, ketepatan dalam mengidentifikasi sumber daya yang mendukung pembelajaran, dan implementasi setiap keputusan dalam proses perencanaan; (2) pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari adanya strategi pengembangan alur aktivitas pembelajaran, fasilitator projek mampu mengelola pembelajaran, adanya respon positif dan partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, serta adanya hasil atau produk yang dibuat peserta didik; (3) evaluasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi dikatakan efektif ditinjau dari adanya perubahan nyata bagi peserta didik, sekolah, dan lingkungan; (4) terdapat hambatan dalam implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) yang dapat diatasi dan dilakukan perbaikan secara terus-menerus.*****This research aims to describe the effectiveness of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) management at SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi. The sub-focus in this research includes effectiveness of planning, effectiveness of implementation, effectiveness of evaluation, and obstacles in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this research show: (1) the planning of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi is said to be effective in terms of accuracy in achieving learning objectives, the existence of strategies in achieving learning objectives, the accuracy in identifying resources that support learning, and the implementation of every decision in the planning process; (2) the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi is said to be effective in terms of the strategy of developing the flow of learning activities, The project facilitator is able to manage learning, there is a positive response and participation of students in learning, and there are results or products made by students; (3) the evaluation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMP Negeri 5 Bekasi is said to be effective in terms of real changes for students, schools, and the environment; (4) there are obstacles in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) that can be overcome and continuously improved.
