Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Museum Wayang Kota Tua Jakarta, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap atraksi wisata di Museum Wayang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Kuantitatf Asosiatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada pengunjung Museum Wayang yang mengikuti semua atraksi wisata di Museum Wayang di bulan Mei 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap atraksi wisata di Museum Wayang berada pada kategori puas. pada penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat kepuasan kepada dua aspek atraksi yaitu Koleksi Museum dan Workshop pembuatan Wayang. Dari atraksi koleksi Museum yang mendapat skor tertinggi adalah tingkat kepuasan terhadap label informasi, serta pada atraksi Workshop pembuatan Wayang yang mendapat skor tertinggi adalah alat dan bahan. Sedangkan dari atraksi Koleksi Museum yang mendapatkan skor terendah adalah pencahayaan di dalam museum, serta pada atraksi Workshop pembuatan Wayang yang mendapat skor terendah adalah ruangan workshop yang kurang nyaman bagi pengunjung. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ecara umum pengunjung merasa puas namun perlu dilakukan beberapa perbaikan dan pengembanan untuk menambah tingkat kepuasan pengunjung yaitu peningkatan pencahayaan didalam museum dan peningkatan kenyamanan beraktivitas di ruangan workshop. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan ***** This research was conducted at the Old City Wayang Museum, Jakarta. This research aims to measure the level of visitor satisfaction with tourist attractions at the Wayang Museum. The research method used is the Associative Quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to visitors to the Wayang Museum who took part in all tourist attractions at the Wayang Museum in May 2024. The results of the research showed that the overall level of visitor satisfaction with tourist attractions at the Wayang Museum was in the satisfied category. This research shows the level of satisfaction with two aspects of the attraction, namely the Museum Collection and the Puppet Making Workshop. From the Museum collection attractions that got the highest score was the level of satisfaction with the information labels, and in the Puppet Making Workshop attraction that got the highest score were the tools and materials. Meanwhile, the Museum Collection attraction that got the lowest score was the lighting in the museum, and the Puppet Making Workshop attraction that got the lowest score was the workshop room which was less comfortable for visitors. The results of this research can be concluded that in general visitors are satisfied, but several improvements and developments need to be made to increase the level of visitor satisfaction, namely increasing the lighting in the museum and increasing the comfort of activities in the workshop room.
