Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah model permainan berupa teknik pegangan, keseimbangan dan pijakan panjat tebing yang layak dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam proses latihan panjat tebing oleh atlet dan pelatih baik di klub maupun ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development jenis model ADDIE. Pada uji kelompok terdapat 25 atlet dari Klub Panjat Tebing IMS Jakarta. Uji validasi yang digunakan adalah uji justifikasi ahli dengan 2(dua ) ahli dalam bidang olahraga panjat tebing dan permainan. Pada uji justifikasi ahli, desain model kids climbing dibuat, kemudian dilakukan uji coba hingga akhirnya dikonsultasikan kembali dan dinilai oleh para ahli di bidang olahraga panjat tebing. Peneliti membuat desain produk sebanyak 15 model yang kemudian setelah di uji justifikasi oleh para ahli menjadi 13 model. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah produk baru berupa buku model kids climbing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan sebanyak 13 model permainan baru untuk diterapkan di proses latihan, yang di kemas dalam bentuk buku model kids climbing, berdasarkan penilaian para ahli terhadap isi rancangan produk yang meliputi nama model, tujuan, Langkah pelaksanaan dan gambar serta hasil uji coba di lapangan, maka poduk ini dianggap layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba di lapangan diimplementasikannya model, didapatkan hasil yang cukup baik, dari segi kesenangan anak dan kemampuan anak, didapatkan hasil yang yang efektif dan mampu meningkatkan kesenangan atlet dalam berlatih panjat tebing. Kata kunci: Model Permainan, Teknik Pegangan,Keseimbangan Panjat Tebing ******ABSTRACT****** This research aims to create a game model in the form of grip, balance and rock climbing techniques that are feasible and effective to be applied in the process of rock climbing training by athletes and coaches both in clubs and extracurriculars at school. This study uses the Research and Development method of the ADDIE model. In the group test, there were 25 athletes from the IMS Jakarta Rock Climbing Club. The validation test used is an expert justification test with 2 (two) experts in the field of rock climbing and games. In the expert justification test, the design of the kids climbing model was made, then a test was carried out until finally it was consulted again and assessed by experts in the field of rock climbing sports. The researcher made a product design of 15 models which were then justified by experts into 13 models. This research resulted in a new product in the form of a kids climbing model book. Based on the results of the research, the researcher can conclude that this study produced as many as 13 new game models to be applied in the training process, which are packaged in the form of a kids climbing model book, based on the assessment of experts on the content of the product design which includes the name of the model, objectives, implementation steps and images as well as the results of trials in the field, then this pod is considered feasible. Based on the results of the field trials in the implementation of the model, quite good results were obtained, in terms of children's fun and children's abilities, effective results were obtained and were able to increase the fun of athletes in practicing rock climbing.
