Abstract

Pembangunan di sektor pariwisata, harus diimbangi dengan pemenuhan hak-hak anak. Sejak tahun 2006 Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) mengeluarkan peraturan mengenai kebijakan Kota Layak Anak. Salah satu indikator dari Kota Layak Anak adalah pembangunan pendidikan, pemanfaatan waktu luang dan kegiatan budaya melalui penyediaan fasilitas yang ramah anak. Konsep ruang bermain ramah anak dapat terwujud dalam kegiatan wisata berkonsep edukasi. Untuk mengoptimalkan peran wisata dalam pemenuhan hak anak, penting bagi tempat wisata untuk memenuhi indicator wisata ramah anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dari indikator wisata ramah anak. Lokasi penelitian berada di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Mini memiliki berbagai fasilitas dan wahana yang mendukung wisata edukasi ramah anak. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada banyaknya jenis wisata edukasi yang dapat dijadikan sarana belajar dan bermain. Berbagai aspek dari indikator ramah anak telah dijalankan oleh Taman Mini, antara lain: (1) Kebijakan pengelola berupa SOP yang berorientasi pada anak, (2) Pelayanan khusus pada anak dan tersedia fasilitas bermain anak di beberapa objek wisata, (3) Terdapat system keamanan dan fasilitas kesehatan untuk menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan anak, (4) Memiliki fasilitas khusus anak, seperti nursing room. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah (1) Mengembangkan fasilitas khusus anak sesuai dengan kategori perlindungan anak, (2) Membuat aturan yang mengatur tentang penyelenggaraan wisata ramah anak dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada pengunjung pentingnya perlindungan kepada anak saat berwisata Development in the tourism sector must be balanced with the fulfillment of children's rights. Since 2006, the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) has issued regulationsregarding the Child Friendly City policy. One of the indicators of a Child Friendly City is the development of education, utilization of leisure time and cultural activities through the provision of child�friendly facilities. The concept of child-friendly play spaces can be realized in tourism activities with an educational concept. To optimize the role of tourism in fulfilling children's rights, it is important for tourist attractions to meet the indicators of child-friendly tourism. This study aims to determine the implementation of child-friendly tourism indicators. The research location is in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Taman Mini has various facilities and rides thatsupport child-friendly educational tourism. This can be seen in the many types of educational tours that can be used as a means of learning and playing. Various aspects of child-friendly indicators have been implemented by Taman Mini, including: (1) Management policies in the form of child-oriented SOPs, (2) Special services for children and available children's play facilities in several attractions, (3) There is a security system and health facilities to ensure the safety and security of children, (4) Has special facilities for children, such as nursing rooms. Recommendations given are (1) Develop special facilities for children in accordance with the category of child protection, (2) Make rules governing the implementation of child-friendly tourism and socialize to visitors the importance of protection to children while traveling.
