Abstract

*****ABSTRAK**** Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa presentase keberhasilan pukulan dan tendangan yang di capai dalam cabang olahraga karate yang di lihat dari seberapa banyak pukulan yang dikeluarkan oleh atlet baik yang menghasilkan point ataupun tidak menghasilkan point, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet KOP Karate Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang bertanding pada Kejurnas FORKI 2024 yang berjumlah 7 atlet. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah 14 video documenter pertandingan kumite. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pengamatan video yang peneliti rekam sendiri dan kemudian memasukannya kedalam tabel berdasarkan pukulan ataupun tendangan yang dikeluarkan atlet selama pertandingan berlangsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif yaitu: memberikan gambaran mengenai apa yang akan diteliti berupa angka-angka dan diukur secara pasti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase keberhasilan pukulan dan tendangan pada kejuaraan Kejurnas FORKI 2024 adalah 19,5%. Jumlah keberhasilan pukulan sebanyak 155 dengan presentase sebesar 30% dan keberhasilan tendangan sebanyak 68 dengan presentase keberhasilan sebesar 9%. Sehingga disarankan kepada pelatih untuk memberikan latihan sesuai yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan presentase pada pertandingan. ****ABSTRACT***** This research aims to determine the presentation of punches and kicks achieved in the sport of karate as seen from how many punches the athlete produces, whether they produce points or do not produce points. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The research population was Jakarta State University KOP Karate athletes who competed in the 2024 FORKI National Championship, totaling 7 athletes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, so the sample used was 14 documentary videos of kumite matches. The data collection technique was carried out by observing videos that the researchers recorded themselves and then entering them into a table based on the punches or kicks issued by the athletes during the match. The data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis techniques, namely: providing an overview of what will be researched in the form of numbers and measured with certainty. The research results show that the percentage of punches and kicks in the 2024 FORKI national championship is 19.5%. The number of punches was 155 with a percentage of 30% and 68 kicks with a success percentage of 9%. That’s recommended for coaches to provide appropriate training that can be seen based on the percentage in the match.
