Abstract

Aplikasi web adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang mendukung interaksi pengguna melalui antarmuka berbasis web. Dalam era teknologi informasi yang telah membawa dampak yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, penggunaan teknologi informasi, khususnya website, menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan pendataan kehadiran peserta didik. SMKN 16 telah mengadopsi platform google site untuk mendata kehadiran peserta didik pada jam pertama kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sayangnya, Keterbatasan fitur platform google site mempengaruhi fungsionalitas pengelolaan data kehadiran. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan perancangan user interface dan user experience pendataan kehadiran peserta didik SMKN 16 Jakarta berbasis website. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan user interface dalam bentuk purwarupa high-fidelity yang dibangun melalui aplikasi Figma. Perancangan dibuat menggunakan metode user centered design yang melibatkan kebutuhan pengguna melalui empat tahapan, yaitu tahap specify the context of use, specify user and organisational requirements, produce design solution, dan evaluate design against user requirements. Perancangan yang dibuat diuji oleh seorang ahli desain dan lima orang responden. Hasil pengujian oleh ahli desain menunjukkan pencapaian sebesar 88.18% dan menunjukkan kategori baik, dan oleh responden sebesar 95 menunjukkan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan user interface dan user experience ini memiliki potensi untuk digunakan secara efektif oleh pengguna. ***** Web application is an information system that supports user interaction through a web-based interface. In the era of information technology that has brought significant impacts in various aspects of human life, the use of information technology, especially websites, is the right solution to optimize student attendance data collection. SMKN 16 has adopted the google site platform to record the attendance of students in the first hour of teaching and learning activities. Unfortunately, the limited features of the google site platform affect the functionality of managing attendance data. To overcome this problem, a user interface and user experience design for the attendance data collection of students of SMKN 16 Jakarta based on the website was carried out. The purpose of this research is to produce a user interface in the form of a high-fidelity prototype built through the Figma application. The design is made using the user centered design method which involves user needs through four stages, which are the specify the context of use, specify user and organizational requirements, produce design solutions, and evaluate design against user requirements. The design made was tested by a design expert and five respondents. The results of testing by design experts showed an achievement of 88.18% and showed a good category, and by respondents of 95 showed a very good category. This shows that this user interface and user experience design has the potential to be used effectively by users.
