Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan semakin tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap perjalanan umrah, sehingga menyebabkan tingginya persaingan dalam sektor bisnis jasa penyediaan perjalanan ibadah umrah juga semakin meningkat. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada calon jamaah umrah sangat penting untuk diperhatikan agar tercapainya aktivitas kegiatan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada calon jamaah bisa dilakukan secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pelayanan perjalanan umroh bagi jamaah lanjut usia. Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pelayanan perjalanan umroh bagi jamaah lanjut usia di PT. Radian Kharisma Wisata (Annisa Travel) mencakup lima konsep kualitas pelayanan yaitu: Pertama, Tangible yaitu pelayanan kursi roda dan menu makanan mudah untuk lansia. Kedua, Empathy, pendamping jamaah umroh usia lanjut yang melayani jamaah dengan baik. Ketiga, Reliability, kemampuan pelayanan PT. Radian Kharisma Wisata (Annisa Travel) dalam pengecekan kesehatan jamaah lansia dalam mempersiapkan keberangkatan dan muthowif berpengalaman dan bersertifikat. Keempat, Responsiveness yaitu cepat menangani jamaah yang sedang sakit. Kelima, Assurance mengenai asuransi perjalanan khusus lansia. Kata kunci: Strategi, Jamaah Umroh, Lanjut Usia ***** This research is motivated by the increasing public interest in Umrah travel, thus causing high competition in the business sector of providing Umrah worship travel services to also increase. The services provided to prospective Umrah pilgrims are very important to pay attention to so that the achievement of service activities provided to prospective pilgrims can be carried out effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Umrah travel service strategy for elderly pilgrims. This research method, using qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Umrah travel service strategy for elderly pilgrims at PT Radian Kharisma Wisata (Annisa Travel) includes five service quality concepts, namely: First, Tangible, namely wheelchair services and easy food menus for the elderly. Second, Empathy, an elderly Umrah pilgrim companion who serves the congregation well. Third, Reliability, the service capability of PT Radian Kharisma Wisata (Annisa Travel) in checking the health of elderly pilgrims in preparing for departure and experienced and certified muthowif. Fourth, Responsiveness is quick to handle pilgrims who are sick. Fifth, Assurance regarding special elderly travel insurance. Keywords: Strategy, Umrah Pilgrims, Elderly
