Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku peduli lingkungan masyarakat melalui bank sampah yang terjadi di Bank Sampah Teratai Kelurahan Pondok Pucung, Kecamatan Pondok Aren, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Sampah Teratai yang berjumlah 170 orang. Teknik pengumpulan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Perilaku peduli lingkungan melalui program Bank Sampah Teratai melewati beberapa proses, yakni kesadaran masyarakat terhadap permasalahan lingkungan, ketertarikan masarakat terhadap program Bank Sampah Teratai, evaluasi untuk menimbang program bank sampah, masyarakat mulai mencoba program Bank Sampah Teratai, dan masyarakat akan menerima dan mengadopsi program tersebut. 2) Faktor yang membentuk perilaku peduli lingkungan masyarakat antara lain, yakni niat masyarakat, adanya dukungan masyarakat, adanya kemudahan untuk mendapatkan informasi, adanya kebebasan mengambil keputusan, kondisi lingkungan yang semakin parah. Kemudian perilaku yang terbentuk dari adanya Bank Sampah berupa pengelolaan terhadap sampah, air, energi, dan penggunaan bahan eco-product. ***** This research aims to describe the community's environmental care behavior through waste banks that occur at the Teratai Waste Bank, Pondok Pucung Village, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study were 170 customers of the Teratai Waste Bank. The subject collection technique used purposive sampling with the sample in this study totaling 63 people. The data analysis technique is carried out using statistical analysis. The results of the research conclude that: 1) Environmental care behavior through the Teratai Waste Bank program goes through several processes, namely public awareness of environmental problems, public interest in the Teratai Waste Bank program, evaluation to consider the waste bank program, the community starts to try the Teratai Waste Bank program, and the community will accept the program. 2)Factors that shape people's environmental care behavior include community intentions, community support, ease of obtaining information, freedom to make decisions, environmental conditions that are getting worse. Then the behavior that is formed from the existence of the Waste Bank is in the form of managing waste, water, energy and the use of eco-product materials.
