Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai dengan keterampilan handspring di alat meja lompat pada atlet artistik putri klub senam Gavrila. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik studi korelasi dengan cara mengukur dan mencatat hasil dari pengukuran yang benar dari tes hasil lari 30 meter, hasil tes power otot tungkai, dan tes keterampilan handspring di alat meja lompat. Sampel yang diambil didalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang diambil dari atlet POPB senam artistik putri Klub Senam Gavrila. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Deskripsi data dibawah ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang penyebaran data yang meliputi nilai terendah, nilai tertinggi, rata-rata, simpangan baku, median, modus, distribusi frekuensi, varians, serta histogram dari masing-masing variabel X1, X2 dan Y. Hasil analisis data hubungan antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai dengan handspring di alat meja lompat atau variabel X1 dan X2 dengan variabel Y. Hasil koefisien tersebut, maka nilai korelasi berganda antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai dengan handspring di alat meja lompat (Ry1.2) diperoleh = 0,93. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai secara bersama-sama dengan handspring di alat meja lompat pada atlet artistik putri klub senam Gavrila. **** This study aims to purpose is there a relationship between 30 meter of speed running and leg muscle power and handspring on the vaulting table in female artistic athletes from the Gavrila Gymnastics Club. This research was carried out using a descriptive method and used correlation study techniques by measuring and recording the results of correct measurements from the 30 meter speed running test, the results of the leg muscle power test, and the handspring test on the vaulting table. The sample taken in this research was 20 athlete of POP woman artistic gymnastics from Gavrila Gymnastics Club. Samples were using purposive sampling. The data description below is intended to obtain an overview of the distribution of data which includes the lowest value, highest value, average, standard deviation, median, mode, frequency distribution, variance, and histogram of each variable X1, X2 and Y. Results of data analysis of the relationship between 30 meter speed running and leg muscle power with handspring on a vaulting table or variables X1 and X2 with the variable Y. As a result of this coefficient, the multiple correlation value between 30 meter speed running and leg muscle power with handspring on a vaulting table (Ry1.2) is obtained = 0,93. Based on the results of this analysis, there is a significant relationship between 30 meter speed running and leg muscle power together with the handspring on the vaulting table in the female artistic athletes of the Gavrila Gymnastics Club.
