Abstract
Dalam layanannya, Universitas Negeri Jakarta belum memiliki unit layanan terpadu dimana layanan sudah terintegrasi pada satu tempat dan dengan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan konseptual antarmuka aplikasi sistem layanan terpadu Universitas Negeri Jakarta berbasis web berbentuk purwarupa high fidelity yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan jika Universitas Negeri Jakarta memiliki unit pelayanan terpadu satu pintu dan membuat aplikasi sistemnya. Metode yang digunakan metode Lean UX dengan subjek penelitian civitas akademika Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tahapan – tahapan dari Lean UX yang pertama yaitu menuangkan masalah yang ada ke tahap Business Problem, selanjutnya tahap Business Outcomes dimana mencari indikator sukses apabila adanya unit layanan terpadu satu pintu dengan aplikasi sistemnya. Tahapan tiga yaitu Users, dimana membuat proto-persona pengguna aplikasi. Setelahnya, tahapan Users Outcomes and Benefits dilakukan untuk analisis hasil dan keuntungan yang akan didapat jika pengguna menggunakan aplikasi. Dari tahapan – tahapan tersebut dibuat asumsi solusi permasalahan di tahapan lima bernama Solutions. Selanjutnya tahapan Hypotheses untuk merumuskan hasil tahapan tiga sampai enam. Di tahapan tujuh, What’s the Most Important Thing We Need to Learn, dianalisis risiko yang akan didapat jika hipotesis dilakukan. Tahapan terakhir MVPs and Experiments untuk mendesain dan merancang aplikasi. Dari tahapan – tahapan tersebut, didapatkan hasil penelitian aplikasi web yang dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dengan library ReactJS, dimana dilakukan pengujian blackbox yang menghasilkan 100% keberhasilan fungsionalitas aplikasi. ***** Currently, State University of Jakarta does not have an integrated service unit (Unit Layanan Terpadu) where services are unified in one place and interconnected. This research aims to produce a conceptual design for the webbased interface of Jakarta State University's layanan terpadu system application, in the form of a high-fidelity prototype. This design can serve as a consideration if State University of Jakarta establishes an integrated service unit and creates its own system application. The method used is Lean UX, with the research subjects being the academic community of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The stages of Lean UX begin with identifying the existing problems in the Business Problem stage. The next stage, Business Outcomes, involves finding success indicators for the establishment of an integrated service unit with its application system. The third stage is Users, where proto-personas for the application users are created. This is followed by the Users Outcomes and Benefits stage, which analyzes the results and benefits users will gain from the application. Based on these stages, solution assumptions are made in stage five named Solutions. The subsequent stage, Hypotheses, formulates the results from stages three to six. In stage seven, What’s the Most Important Thing We Need to Learn, the risks of implementing the hypotheses are analyzed. The final stage, MVPs and Experiments, involves designing and prototyping the application. The research resulted in a web application developed using the JavaScript programming language with the ReactJS library, and blackbox testing was conducted, yielding a 100% success rate in application functionality.
