Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan implementasi kantin sehat dalam mendukung program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta, (2) Mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat implementasi kantin sehat dalam mendukung program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 853 orang yang kemudian subjek ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Sugiyono. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan mengkategorisasikan hasil penelitian menggunakan distribusi frekuensi relatif, kemudian diklasifikasikan menggunakan kategori yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi kantin sehat dalam mendukung program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta pada komitmen dan manajemen sekolah dapat berjalan dengan baik, sumber daya manusia yang sangat baik dengan prosentase 85%, sarana dan prasarana yang baik dengan prosentase 75%, dan mutu pangan yang baik dengan prosentase 75%. (2) Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi kantin sehat dalam mendukung program Adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal berasal dari sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, sumber daya manusia dan mutu pangan yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi syarat. Faktor eksternal berasal dari ketersediaan pangan yang tidak sehat diluar sekolah. This study aims to: (1) Describe the implementation of a healthy canteen in supporting the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta, (2) Describe the inhibiting factors the implementation of a healthy canteen in supporting the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach through data collection techniques by observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The population in this study amounted to 853 people, then the subjects were determined by simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents who were determined using Sugiyono's formula. The data analysis technique was carried out by categorizing the research results using a relative frequency distribution, then classified using predetermined categories. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of a healthy canteen in supporting the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta in school commitment and management can run well, excellent human resources with a percentage of 85%, good facilities and infrastructure with a percentage of 75%, and good food quality with a percentage of 75%. (2) The inhibiting factors in the implementation of a healthy canteen in supporting the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors come from inadequate facilities and infrastructure, human resources and food quality that have not fully met the requirements. External factors come from the availability of unhealthy food outside the school.
