Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisa bagaimana proses strategi dakwah Prisma At-Tin di untuk mengundang para pemuda dan remaja. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang menjelaskan fenomena melalui pengumpulan data analisa remaja serta kegiatan yang dilakukan mengamati kondisi para pemuda dan remaja. Beberapa teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, eksplorasi, dan didasarkan pada pengalaman pribadi sebagai staff di Prisma At-Tin. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama satu tahun dari 2018 Maret hingga Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori motivasi yang berkaitan erat dengan tujuan dibentuknya remaja masjid khususnya Prisma At-Tin mengundang pemuda dan remaja untuk bergabung untuk meneruskan dakwah mereka. Karena pada saat ini, ada beberapa orang terutama para pemuda dan remaja masih belum mau pergi ke Masjid untuk beribadah dan beraktivitas. Jadi, Prisma At-Tin harus memiliki tanggung jawab untuk membuat mereka menyadari pentingnya pergi ke masjid. Selain itu, Prisma di Tin harus memiliki strategi dakwah untuk membuat mereka bergabung ke remaja Masjid mereka untuk dengan membuat sebuah event seperti agama Islam, Alquran belajar dll. Dengan strategi dakwah mereka, dapat membuat dampak ke pemuda dan remaja yakni bergabung dengan mereka untuk meneruskan dakwah mereka. Selain itu, mereka akan memiliki pengalaman dan wawasan selama berkegiatan di remaja masjid. Yang berarti, strategi dakwah Prisma At-Tin telah berhasil membuat para pemuda dan remaja bergabung dengan mereka. This study aims to describe and analyze how the process of PRISMA At-Tin’s dakwah strategy to inviting the youths and teenagers. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach that describes a phemomenon through collection of data as deep as the depth of moslem teenager action activities conducted observing their youths and the teenagers conditions. Some of the data collection techniques used are observation, exploration, and based on personal experience while as PRISMA At-Tin staff. This research was conducted for a year from March 2018 to June 2019. This study uses motivational theory that is closely related to the purpose of the formation of mosque teenagers, especially Prisma At-Tin to inviting youth and teenagers to join to continuing their da'wah. Because in this moment, there are some people especially the youths and the teenagers still unwilling go to the mosque both for praying and activity. So, PRISMA At-Tin must have a responsibility to making them aware of the importance of going to the mosque. Moreover, PRISMA At-Tin must have a dakwah strategy to making them join to their mosque teenagers to create an event like Islamic studies, qur’an learning etc. With their dakwah strategy, it can make an impact to the youths and teenagers that is joining them to succeeding their dakwah. Moreover, they will have experience and insight during their activities in the mosque teenagers. Which means, PRISMA At-Tin’s dakwah strategy have been succeeded make the youths and the teenegers joining them. Keywords : Dakwah Strategy, PRISMA At-Tin, The youths and the teenegers.
