Abstract

Akhady Imam Pratomo. Analisis Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Perkotaan. Taman Literasi Martha C. Tiahahu terletak di kawasan Blok M, setelah di revitalisasi oleh pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta taman ini menjadi daya tarik baru yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu sebagai daya tarik wisata perkotaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu memiliki potensi sebagai daya tarik wisata perkotaan dengan beberapa komponen daya tarik, yaitu atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas, dan pelayanan tambahan. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang telah dilakukan, Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu memiliki potensi besar sebagai daya tarik wisata perkotaan, tetapi masih memerlukan peningkatan aksesibilitas, pengembangan fasilitas, dan penguatan strategi promosi untuk dapat menjadi tujuan wisata yang lebih kompetitif. The Martha C. Tiahahu Literacy Park is located in the Blok M area, after being revitalized by the DKI Jakarta provincial government, this park has become a new attraction that has its own uniqueness. This research aims to analyze the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park as an urban tourist attraction. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniquesthrough observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park has potential as an urban tourist attraction with several attractive components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility and additional services. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park has great potential as an urban tourist attraction, but still requires increasing accessibility, developing facilities, and strengthening promotional strategies to become a more competitive tourist destination.
